I had a great experience at this hotel! You know it’s going to be a great hotel when you walk in and it smells clean and amazing. It is a new hotel that has a lot of wonderful features and amenities. It’s super convenient getting on and off of the hwy to reach it. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable. This will quickly become one of my favorite places to stay!

Stayed for a little over a week and it was extremely pleasant. The rooms/hotel is clean and quiet. They provide just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also conveniently located. There’s a cvs, gas station, and a grocery store right next door. Now, I have to mention Shaquitta personally. She helped us throughout our stay and made sure we were comfortable with a smile on her face. Her personality is a 10/10, I fell in love with her! Thank you so much for leaving a lasting impression. Hope to run into you in the streets lol

The rooms are clean and look nice I leave a 2 star review SOLELY because the microwave is in French and the hotel staff can’t assist with how to use it. This is really a problem especially considering the whole point of the room is that you can cook your own meals. Also I think the microwave doubles as a conventional oven but I don’t know French and the only English word is pizza. With that being said my pizza is still soft and cheese not melted but starting to burn.

I had a wonderful experience at Candlewood Suites Chester. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated Megan and Matthew who personally assisted me, The location is ideal – close to 95 and 295. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for genuine hospitality.
全新的酒店。房间非常干净宽敞。感谢Melissa，她非常友善，专业地帮我办理了入住手续。我记得另一位前台小姐叫Shaquita，非常感谢她帮我们修好了电视，还给了我们一台风扇，因为半夜房间确实有点热。我们回来后还会住这家酒店。
和朋友来城里参加婚礼。酒店很棒，从干净的房间到柔软的床，无一不如此。酒店还有超大的健身中心和免费洗衣服务。真希望酒店能有后院，或许可以考虑增设游泳池和免费早餐。我想对一位员工进行反思，她是前台接待员中的佼佼者。她总是面带微笑，乐于助人。我曾目睹一位男士因为咖啡喝完了而对她粗鲁无礼，但她始终保持专业的态度，并保持良好的精神状态。谢谢你，Shaquita，你是我留下这条评论的主要原因。你的善良和专业精神没有被忽视。我希望更多人拥有你的技能和个性。Candlewood Suite，你们团队中有一位很棒的成员，请留住她……！！！！！！
前厅的音乐声太大了。我们的房间是128，从大堂右手边第一个房间就能听到房间里的音乐。播放的音乐很粗俗。在我们入住的最后一晚，我们走进大堂准备回房间，音乐里竟然还夹杂着脏话。这既令人反感又无礼。此外，最后一晚午夜时分，大堂里聚集了一大群人，吵得我们根本没法睡觉。凌晨1点，我打电话到前台投诉，说我当天要开车6个半小时回家，需要休息。前台告诉我会处理。凌晨2点，噪音问题仍未得到处理，而且还聚集了更多人，于是我再次打电话投诉，前台却以借口搪塞。直到凌晨4点，大堂里的人才全部离开。这实在令人无法接受。第二天早上，前台向我表示非常抱歉，但并没有采取任何措施。前台还告诉我，那天晚上投诉的客人不止我一个。我真希望我当初就骚乱报警，因为第二天我去前台对峙时，被告知大多数人都喝醉了。我知道工作人员也加剧了骚乱，因为大厅里的音乐一直在播放。另外，那天早上经理还告诉我，所有客人都必须遵守安静时间，但显然这并没有执行。我曾在国家公园和露营地住过，那里的安静时间是晚上10点到6点，我亲眼目睹过一群花了数百美元的游客因为这种在森林里发生的骚乱而被护送出营地。这次是在一家酒店，本来应该休息的。
新设施很漂亮，但更棒的是员工！Megan、Shaqutta 和 Mathew 竭尽全力确保一切都完美无缺。我理解新酒店开业难免会遇到一些问题，但这里的员工们竭尽全力，以积极的态度确保一切顺利进行。他们对工作极其投入，这在如今的时代实属难得。这家酒店的清洁度真是一流！
