Nice room...very modern and well thought out floor plan for the hotel. Great coffee and breakfast was wonderful! Only complaint was that the shower was barely warm.

Room was excellent staff was friendly breakfast was great lobby decorated nice-clean bar area busy but clean lots of laughter and smiling faces would definitely stay there again also close to ALL the shopping

I loved this facility. I lost my wallet and the staff were so helpful in getting me set up with Apple Pay. Can't say enough about how kind they were. Thank you!

Room was pretty clean. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and wait staff and cook were very nice. Sunday 11/16 breakfast crowd was unexpectidly large (in case anyone complains). The kitchen staff did their best to keep the food available. I would have liked to have coffee service by the check counter rather than depending on the service in my room. Parking stunk.

非常棒的地方！下次在Pine Knob看演出的时候还会再来的！
我对入住时的服务很不满意。他们完全没有笑容。他们说话很快，不停地重复着老一套，然后说：“祝您入住愉快。”
我以为如果早餐不好，我就不会再来了，但早餐的选择其实还不错。
可惜没有浴缸，只有淋浴间，不过房间很宽敞干净。
地理位置绝佳：距离奥特莱斯购物中心仅三分钟车程，距离高速公路入口仅两分钟路程。
购物中心里的中餐很受欢迎！🎯 价格实惠，美味可口，而且分量十足。
床很舒服，淋浴水很热，电视又新又大。我住得很开心。
早餐包含热食！
当然，你也可以在大堂喝咖啡。
我在这家新酒店度过了愉快的时光。工作人员非常友好，入住体验非常愉快。
