Horrible staff, conditions, cleanliness, location, parking. Just all out horrible! They just come up with random policies on the spot without posting it online. They hired a young girl and it happened to be her first day during my check in. She was on the phone with her manager who was a massive a-hole to her and me. Never staying here ever again! Not worth it, even if discounted
I was charged a deposit after being assured in the app that I wouldn’t need to have one. The room was shabby and not what I reserved. The toilet was broken and didn’t flush without extensive plunging , the refrigerator didn’t cool, the bed spreads were extremely old and worn out as were the linens and towels. The window was broken, and last of all I still haven’t had my deposit returned to me!!!

The property is a older building. It was clean, but the carpets are due to be replaced. The plugs need to be replaced as they didn't work or they are very loose so the plugs slid out of the outlet. The blow dryer didn't work. The plug was broken and looked fried.
