The hotel seems to be relatively new or at least renovated with a nice clean exterior and interior. The front desk staff seemed to be pretty busy when I arrived but she was very kind and got me squared away quickly. The room was exactly what I expected and cleaner/in better shape that quire a few others I've been in recently. Over all it was a good stay.

We stayed her for a wedding and found the spot to be nice and quiet. The locations seems pretty good for getting around the greater Traverse area and was simple to get to the airport. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was always filling. The sleep quality was better than we expected and their gym was large as well. If the location works for you, then you’d enjoy your stay.

This is a brand new Fairfield Inn (make sure you put the new address in your GPS) so it is very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The style is more simple modern. There was no couch, limited storage and space to put suitcases and one side of the bed only had a small night table without any USBs. That was surprising considering it is a brand new hotel and USBs are as standard now as electrical outlets. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The entire room was well-lit (not very common these days). Breakfast was basic, but fine. We had stayed at another Fairfield a few years ago and the manager said that all Fairfields were moving towards all pre-packaged foods, but not this Fairfield. While not an enormous variety, there was enough for us to eat so we could quickly get on the road without stopping at a restaurant. The hotel is a bit difficult to find. It is behind a shopping center and there is no sign by the road. It is located next to the Tru by Hilton which is visible from the road.

Great hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was average but was refreshed often.
