Room was large and clean. Front Desk agents were friendly and informative. Grounds were pretty and parking garage was clean and well lit. Bistro food and service were awful. My chicken/bacon quesadilla had no bacon and no guacamole. Meatballs were mediocre and garlic bread was just toasted white bread. The lady serving everyone never smiled once and food took forever. We will definitely stay again at this nice hotel, but will venture out for all meals.

the staff was so friendly and helpful the hotel was walking distance to the concert band shell ... the the town is such a cute little , clean friendly town..the people are so nice I will def be going back to visit!!..

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was super nice, the bistro food was delicious. It was a beautiful place. My room was also beautiful. It was the best shower I've ever had!!! I highly recommend staying there!!

I would recommend proper ventilation in the lobby area…
When you walk in, it smells like smoke .
Maybe consider changing the carpet too.

We liked the location and the parking garage adjoining the hotel. Pretty flowers out front. Friendly, helpful staff.
Didn’t like that the breakfast was not included in the price.

Excellent place to stay. The staff at check-in were so friendly, and helpful with all of our requests and questions. The room was nice, comfortable and very clean. We also appreciated that parking was free. We had breakfast in the Bistro the next morning and it was delicious. There are many restaurants within walking distance and it is the perfect location for attending events at Sweetland Amphitheatre. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.
