We have a very nice apartment with all the amenities and superb design, BUT horrible window quality- you can literally hear everything happening outside! There were moments that we got scared as our neighbours were drunk (celebrating new year) and were fighting, shouting, smoking - and every word could be heard from the apartment. We didn't sleep the whole night. Called the emergency number twice - no result. We would rate this place 5 star - if it wasn't so bad in terms of noise/windows/security.

Excellent location and nice design. Staff replied to my emails! Now the negative: It’s been hot in Oslo and only one (inadequate) fan in the apartment. If you open the window it’s noisy. Beds are hot. Breakfast was a bag containing an old sandwich, hard scone, juice, fruit. Why not give people a voucher for coffee and fresh bun at the nearby bakery? No linen service in 6 days.
