订之前这个酒店吸引我的就有自己的调调不是千篇一律 门童和工作人员很有耐心很热情 拖鞋睡衣浴巾洗具这些都很干净 床也大舒服 唯一让我觉得不好的就是淋雨手持花洒的水有点小 这家酒店的早餐还是很不错的 地方不大但是吃的东西都不错 特别是清晨阳光撒进来配上周围老街的风情很有格调 外面吃的 超市 spa atm 都很多很方便
缺点就是浴室淋浴水很小
470元非周末,订的大床房,面积非常小,进门就是床,淋浴和马桶一个房间,看到的照片就是整个房间的面积。窗户面对大街,对面的酒吧低音炮到半夜11点,11点后还是有很多人在喝酒。新风系统(换气扇??)就在头顶,因为房间小声音特别刺耳,关闭空调后还是声音很大,房间里没有可以关闭这个的按钮。电话不好用,半夜12点穿好衣服去前台反映这个问题,没想到在房间等了15分钟也没有人上楼解决,又重新下楼找到前台服务员,值班人员最终在走廊尽头的房顶关闭了这个开关,看来房间设计有问题。主要生气的是半夜12点折腾两次,没有及时解决问题,前台态度很冷漠。第二天和携程反映后,没想到酒店特别重视,派经理来道歉,可是已经既成事实,我只会说我会如实反映,尽量不要订这个高级双人房。要夸夸前台的行李员,服务很好,帮忙拿行李并送到出租车。
酒店地理位置优越,步行即可到达中央商务区、市场和大部分景点。酒店位于街角,设施看起来很新。晚上很安静。健身房虽然不大,但足够用。他们还有一个屋顶泳池。员工都非常友善细心,尤其是 Hung Tri Anh 和 Trang。
酒店地理位置优越在最热闹最多观光客的第一郡,临近地铁站,滨城市场,多家米其林推荐美食徒步可达,相当便利!
酒店今年初翻新整修好,设施齐全小而美,房间数不多,泳池SPA在顶楼,表扬前台服务员:Trang,Vinh,Anh,Hung 服务好礼貌周到!
唯一要反馈:浴室只有沐浴露跟洗发精,没有提供护发素...对长发旅客不友善,洗完头发直接打结了😅有需要的请自备!
非常棒的酒店,设计环境卫生都一级棒,前台服务都很好 Mr Anh 和 Tri 还有MsTrinh 都很热情,在这边住了十天差不多,很舒服,早餐也好吃,健身房泳池都不错,下次出差还住这里
房间不大 适合一个人商务出游。 员工很热情 服务很友善。 早餐 也不错 周边便利 走走看看。 整体的松弛感很高。 喜欢这次出游, 第一次越南游 还会再去
房间里有很多虫子,窗帘遮光也不好,漏光。
酒店位置不错,就在城中心比较热闹的地方,网红越南粉,咖啡,法棍都在附近。服务员的素质也比较好,主要说英文,有一个会一点中文,总体来说会尽力沟通,不成问题。早餐虽然种类不多,但是味道还挺好。房间不算大,总体卫生可以。唯一是洗澡要吐槽一下,水压不足,第一天还不出水,后面经过沟通维修后,后几天稍微好点,而且干湿也没有分离,略微不方便。总体来说还是可以的。
非常令人失望的一次住宿,上次出差觉得很漂亮的酒店,这次专门预定,因为房间紧俏,后面几天没有双床房,换的大床房非常小,两个人都没法在房间里同时活动!主要是房间里空调关了还一直有风扇声音,找了技术人员来看,竟然说是隔壁房间的空调声吵过来的!???
后来因为行程变动打算周末继续住,出行前漏定了周五晚上,可就是连住了三天之后,有周六订单的前提下,酒店没有任何提醒和联系的情况下,周五直接把我们行李打包出来了!晚上回到酒店说房间已满,无法续住!天知道多么抓马!两位女士半夜拖着行李找新酒店!差点儿露宿胡志明!
哦,游泳池的水是咸的,健身房就两台机器!
酒店员工彬彬有礼,乐于助人。房间和设施干净舒适。唯一需要改进的是早餐的选择。
