As a result, we advise hotel guests to use the towels available in their rooms.Regarding the smoke, it’s possible this came from one of the restaurants located on the building’s lobby level. We understand how this could have impacted your comfort and apologise for the inconvenience.Extra amenities such as slippers and dental kits are available upon request, in line with hygiene and sustainability practices.While we do have Chinese-speaking team members, their availability may vary depending on shift schedules. We apologise if this caused any difficulty during your stay.In terms of the credit card pre-authorisation, please note this is not processed as a refund but is instead automatically released by your bank after check-out. The timeframe for this release may vary depending on your bank’s policy.Lastly, regarding the balcony shutters — due to local council safety regulations, some of our balcony rooms are fitted with fixed shutters that cannot be opened. 地理位置十分优越，就在Box Hill中心旁边步行几分钟。对于华人友好，吃饭购物都非常方便。如果不想住在市区，这里去市区的火车很便捷。房间很大，住起来很舒服。

很酷的地方，地理位置也超棒，无论你是否开车都很方便。管理人员也非常乐于助人。酒店内的餐厅也很不错，食物很美味。

非常非常非常差，选这因为朋友住对面楼，这样方便出行，也只是把它当Airbnb. check in时前台就像木头，被告知提供有限打扫，提供收垃圾服务，别的要收钱，也OK，门上有个请打扫房间的牌子，挂了也没人收垃圾，就算投诉了也还是照样说收垃圾的下班了。房子质量差，隔音差，房间显示有拖鞋，其实没有，要自己去reception要，还是投诉了才告知，要自己去问，但是check in时没有告知！免费无限网络是限速的！
如果没有朋友在附近，千万别住这！
酒店还算不错，有露天泳池，健身房在维修，安排了隔壁的商业健身房。唯一问题就是房间太小，住着有些压抑。
位置很好，房间也很棒，下次肯定还会再来。
除了顶楼泳池还可以其他的都不怎么样。泳池旁边不提供浴巾还得从房间自带。订的阳台房阳台根本不让打开，楼下BBQ的烟雾直接窜到房间很难闻，根本没办法开窗户。如果你不主动要拖鞋和牙刷前台是不会给你的。明明开在华人区，客人也大部分是华人，前台还不会说中文。我都退房三天了押金也还没退。
卫生挺干净的，床也很舒服，就是阳台外面的防护网不让打开，视野很差，感觉基本房都比阳台房好。
