酒店位于box Hill Central附近，步行5分钟多点就到了，吃喝买东西都很方便，boxhill central有电车直达墨尔本city，交通设施很方便。

地理位置十分优越，就在Box Hill中心旁边步行几分钟。对于华人友好，吃饭购物都非常方便。如果不想住在市区，这里去市区的火车很便捷。房间很大，住起来很舒服。
酒店的卫生环境太差了，连住两天，然后基本上都不做卫生，只是把被子拉了拉，
前台有位金短发的白人女士，态度非常非常的差，没有一句很客气
但是前台也有一位，brown hair白人女生还行，走还询问情况
最重要的是这个什么是华人礼遇，但是我没有看出来哪里有任何的礼遇
我们本身就住在酒店附近，只是家里装修，在酒店订了一晚。酒店本身是一套商住两用的公寓，地理在Box Hill华人区域，大马路Whitehorse road上，离火车站，电车站，附近商场的停车场都是几分钟步行的距离。楼下是我们常去吃的Zero Mode café。
和国内多数商务酒店一样，The Chen房间里有小吧台，热水壶，茶杯，茶包，袋装咖啡这些基本配置。不一样的是增加了洗手盆，烤面包机(澳洲多数酒店都配备)，小冰箱(比国内多数酒店配备的冰箱大), 烫衣板。
不足之处：
1.卫生间比较小，浴室玻璃门把手部位是一个孔，两扇玻璃之间没有橡胶圈。洗澡的时候要非常小心不要让浴头对着门，否则水会溢出来。
2.床头柜在两张床之间，很小，放不了什么东西。
其它：
1. 床垫相对国内酒店要软一些。
2.和多数国外酒店一样，使用洗衣机需要付钱。
整体来说，这间酒店还是可以的，适合短住。
总体还行，位于华人聚居地，但是确实没有什么服务可言，卫生相对还可以，房间是比较大的，有一次不知道几层误报火警，半夜醒来被催促下楼，没有工作人员出来解释是为什么，稀里糊涂等了十几分钟又上楼继续睡了
很有艺术氛围感的酒店，交通也很便利。配套设施质量很好。每天有房间打扫，很干净。除了靠街晚上摩托有点吵。
交通便利，设施齐全，附近购物吃饭都很方便，房间也蛮大的，性价比很高。楼上有个游泳池和健身房，风景也好看。

床上有跳蚤虱子咬到我肚子都肿了
很酷的地方，地理位置也超棒，无论你是否开车都很方便。管理人员也非常乐于助人。酒店内的餐厅也很不错，食物很美味。
房间有艺术氛围，舒适温馨，BOXHILL站周边全是大型超市商铺饭馆，华裔聚集，中文畅通无阻，各方面都很便捷
