This is a Hostel not a hotel. Very deceiving and they had no AC in the room. This is an old house that should NEVER BE LISTED AS A HOTEL.

It was clean and management was easy to work with but I did not realize it was a hostile. There was no parking. We had to park down the street. When I called to confirm that our plane had just landed he told us he was leaving soon and would put my key in the mailbox at the front door. A little odd and kind of unsafe. Room and bed were clean but the chair needs to be replaced. It was grossly stained.

Our front desk is only staffed until midnight (our checkin times are clearly stated on website) but we know there are late check-ins so we have a way to let guests in. We have never had an issue with safety of our guests doing it this way in the many years we have operated. We are not a hostel, we are a 20 room boutique hotel but have a few hostel rooms in Sept & Oct for the students awaiting their housing from the 50+ universities around. We also have a parking lot directly next to the building with a sign that says hotel parking on our LED screen, sorry you couldn’t find it. We will look at the chair and clean or replace it as needed - thanks for the feedback!!
