I recently stayed at Hotel Rumanza by PC Hotels in Multan, and it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. I booked four rooms for five nights with my family, expecting a high level of service, but was completely disappointed. 1. Unclean Rooms & Poor Housekeeping: The room I checked into was not clean upon arrival. It took two days before housekeeping finally cleaned it—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under the PC brand. No apology or accountability from the staff. 2. Horrendous Room Service: Ordering food to the room was a nightmare. It took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our meals delivered, and breakfast was even worse—delivered in three separate increments, 20+ minutes apart, making it cold and unenjoyable. 3. Invasive & Unprofessional Staff Behavior: The staff constantly questioned whether we were guests at the hotel, making us feel unwelcome. On top of that, they required us to fill out a form just to bring in outside food at 2 AM—a ridiculous policy, especially considering their own kitchen had only five items available on the menu at that hour. No reputable hotel enforces such restrictions. 4. Lack of Customer Service & Accountability: Despite all these issues, not once did the hotel staff or management apologize or attempt to make things right. The overall experience made me feel like I was being an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Given the price and the supposed reputation of this hotel, the experience was unacceptable. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it. If the management actually cares about guest satisfaction, they need to overhaul their service, housekeeping, and staff training immediately. Rating: 0/5 if I could give it that.

This hotel is located in a Golf and Country Club. It opened less than a year ago. All the amenities are world-class. The room was modern and spacious. The hotel is very quiet, and there are two excellent dining choices.

A very comfortable and enjoyable golfing weekend. The Executive rooms with a balcony are definitely worth the upgrade.
