I recently attended my cousin’s wedding at the Radisson Hotel Vrindavan, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, attentive, and extremely well-coordinated. The highlight of the celebration was undoubtedly the catering and event management. A special mention goes to Mr. Satendra and Mr. Rahul Nigam, ***** with Vivek and Avijeet, who were in charge of the arrangements. Their professionalism, dedication, and hands-on involvement throughout the event made a remarkable difference. They ensured that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food variety was impressive, and the quality exceeded expectations. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. It was evident that the team put in tremendous effort to maintain high standards across service, taste, and overall presentation. What truly stood out was their work ethic — they were proactive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the wedding memorable for everyone. Their coordination and attention to detail played a major role in making the celebration seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Radisson Vrindavan for weddings and large events. I came on devotional trip for a day.there was very bad smell in the bathroom and corridor. water was continuously dripping in the washroom. Mini refrigerator was not working and it was too late to wait for service. In the breakfast sambar tastes like stale having stale sour taste rather than fresh sour tam-rind or tomato flavour. No coffee served and server doesn’t give any proper information, there should be more communication on the buffet , rather left guest to explore by themself Sorry I don’t meant to be mean but this is my honest feedback. The city Vindhavan is very religious and the Radisson is on top notch the service the quality and the staff is very polite. The food quality 100% The staff behaviour everything is very exceptional . I would like to recommend the staff names Loni and Yuvraj.

I stayed at Radisson vindhavan in the month of feb it was abosolutely a wonderful experience.The hotel was comfortable the staff are polite and decent. I would like to highly recommend this hotel to everyone . The front office staff Loni Duty manager and Raghav were very nice.

We came from Gujarat. I am a premium member of this hotel group. While booking this hotel I wanted to book two days for this hotel but it was not available on my date so I had to book separate for two continue days in different category. While checked in at reception I request the lady to not to change my room give me any room for two continue days stay in one room. She said ok . She offered me one category lower room for two days but not ready to change tariff. Room is very conjugated and there you can’t keep luggage two begs at one place. And that they say superior category room. Due to wedding season they don’t respond satisfactory and for senior they take it as granted .

We stayed there in last week of January. There's no heating option in rooms. We were told to increase temperature on dial, but when we called technician, he confirmed there's no heating option. Then (after 2 nights) we were told that we'll get heaters, but none were given to us. On complaint to duty manager, she insisted that we do not know how to use the A/C. The other duty manager earlier told us that on last day in the evening we could use a separate shower available as we were asked to check-out in the morning (6:30am) because of hotel being booked completely. When we came back in the evening after doing a 21Km Govardhan Parikrama on feet, the person on the desk (Divyam) asked us to use the shower at the back of the hotel (made for swimming pool users). When we (me, my wife, and children) went there, there was no heated water, only cold water. Don't know how people (Divyam and other staff) could be that stupid to recommend it in cold winter. 30 plus years of staying in Radissons across globe, never ever experienced such a hotel and such staff. We were everyday leaving early for darshans, so never ate breakfast which was included in the rate. Only on last day we learned from a guest that we could have had it packed.... hotel staff didn't tell us such option available to us.

The stay was exceptional and the staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is located near the prominent point of every famous temple and the staff from reception desk Ms. Loni really helpful and she helped us during our stay.
