I was charged a $28 early check-in fee. I checked in at 2:35, 25 minutes early and had to pay the fee which I thought was ridiculous.

We were there for 10 days and only had our room cleaned or refreshed 1 day. I don’t understand how you think 1 roll of toilet paper would last us 10 days. We had to empty our trash every day and get towels and toilet paper from the front desk.

Need better breakfasts. When the elevator breaks have employees at the stairwells to carry the bags. When told the toilet is broke, fix it. Dont let your employees say we can't because we are under staffed. Makes you look like a bad place to work for and stay at.

under construction right now so we walked right by the check in for hotel, first time staying over night and when i said something to the person checking us in he was rude, said well there is a sign. When I asked this person about the valet service he said we have not had that in years well i said we saw that sign. The bed was very comfortable and the other service was pretty pleasant and helpful. Like the idea about having a non smoking area
