在斯里兰卡这样一个贫富差距悬殊的国度，这个酒店绝对是个富足的存在：原生态的美丽海景，在酒店高层大堂的滤镜下，比置身海边要还要美！神奇的是，酒店内部的“龍”酒店，十分可口地道的中国美食，价格比起沪上星级，那是太接地气了！
酒店服务很好，位置也绝佳，适合旅游，但是价格也是超贵，设施一般，装修一般般，不值这个价格，但是餐厅的真的一般，不符合这个价位的品质有待提高。
作为斯里兰卡之行的最后一站，这家酒店给我留下了奢华而美好的回忆。房间宽敞，能欣赏到莲花塔的美景，服务也非常周到。早餐种类极其丰富，服务员热情地推荐当地斯里兰卡特色美食，这一点我非常喜欢。不过，酒店的布局有点复杂，需要换乘几次电梯才能到达目的地。

房间设施较新，早餐品类偏印度，酒店位置优越，门前水池水质堪忧，绿幽幽的。酒店二楼有**，多为中国人。

我入住了Cinnamon City Life Hotel，体验非常棒。酒店员工友善乐于助人，食物美味可口，景色也令人惊叹。这次住宿的一切都非常出色。我强烈推荐所有来这座城市的人选择这家酒店。
位置很棒。整体服务也非常出色。几乎所有员工都对顾客非常细心周到。所有餐厅都提供美味的食物和优质的服务。酒吧和现场乐队都让我们的住宿体验非常棒。无边泳池简直令人惊叹。绝对是一个值得一去放松的好地方。我们一定会再回来的。
双人间只有单人配套用品，催了客房服务很久都没人来，厕所好像也没有通风（反正我没找到）。这个酒店很新，但服务还跟不上，态度是很好的
除非你看了这条评论，否则千万别订这家酒店。
我订这家酒店是为了庆祝除夕夜。
在前台办理入住时，我看到20多个工作人员。没有一个人在好好履行职责。
我要求一个能看到莲花塔景色的房间，但他们根本没理会我的要求。
当我打开房门时，房卡竟然没有激活。
前台工作人员甚至没有向我解释任何关于酒店的信息，比如前台分机号码、房间功能、早餐时间、楼层，什么都没说。
他们甚至不知道该如何欢迎一位客人入住。
房间太糟糕了！
他们说这是一家五星级酒店。但牙刷🪥只有你要求了才提供。
房间里有8个以上的插座，但只有一个能用。
其他的都只是摆设。
酒店经理和管理层会接受你的投诉，但他们从不关心顾客的感受和客户服务。
当我刷房卡🔑时，卡套自己掉了下来。
我给前台打了好几次电话。
他们甚至都没有受过电话沟通的培训。
“对不起！！对不起！！什么？？对不起！！”
他们只会这样说话。
在餐厅前台，工作人员甚至不知道如何核对客人的房号或姓名。
她甚至不知道如何查看住店客人信息。
她急着让我进餐厅，但连开门和扶门的基本常识都没有。
餐厅里有太多工作人员无所事事，只是在餐厅里走来走去。他们根本不关心客人。
他们的行为举止糟透了。
食物还不错。但这家酒店真的没什么值得推荐的了。
请不要把您宝贵的时间和金钱浪费在这家“无星级”酒店上。
在这里住宿期间，你不会享受到任何东西。
预订这家酒店前请三思。谢谢！
