Very quiet place and breakfast was very good! It was close to dickies arena (only about 10-12mins) which was the reason why we were in town so it was very convenient! Room and hotel was clean soo in the future we’d stay here again!

Hotel wouldn't change our room type.
We were told the hotel could only issue one extra blanket to us & I watched the night-time front desk agent walk into a laundry room full of clean blankets. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap management!! Wouldn't give me the owner's name. Properly has the bare minimum of everything. Cheap room amenities, short breakfast hours, cheapest food items, and the man at the front desk was GLUED TO HIS CELLPHONE. Will never stay there again! It's definitely not run well ~ not up to United States' hotel/motel standards.

Clean rooms smells brand new and they use hospital grade cleaning supplies the beds were so soft!!! No pool or hot tube but your 7 minutes from the mall! Breakfast is from 6-9 am just a super great experience all around would def stay again

We loved the hotel, super modern, clean and new. However, don't stay in Room 101. It is the first room and where it's convenient, we all were awake since 5 am because it butts up to the breakfast bar and kitchen. The loud banging from the kitchen and slamming cabinets was awful. We would stay again but never in a room by the kitchen.

不会再预订这里了。
我付了酒店费，结果他们却说我得额外付钱，而且这家酒店根本不值这个价。地理位置不太好，建筑本身看起来很简陋，你根本想不到这是家酒店。而且也没有电梯。
