The one area that cannot be change for the property is the surrounding area. Only limited fast-food options and suburbia, where more adventurous options require a drive (instead of a walk) to get to.

A near new hotel, well constructed, very tidy and clean. Staff were helpful, and always available. Our room was spacious with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of variety at breakfast, lots of places to dine within easy walking distance, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Clarion Pointe was great! It was very quite and relaxing, It was close to the hospital my wife was going too, just the location where it was located was not all that great. My wife felt scared verytime we went out.

Room was clearly new and very clean, staff was friendly but not overly. Only downside is breakfast only until 9am, so our late night didn’t allow us to wake up in time for breakfast. Having it available until 10am would be great.

Very quiet place and breakfast was very good! It was close to dickies arena (only about 10-12mins) which was the reason why we were in town so it was very convenient! Room and hotel was clean soo in the future we’d stay here again!

Hotel wouldn't change our room type.
We were told the hotel could only issue one extra blanket to us & I watched the night-time front desk agent walk into a laundry room full of clean blankets. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap management!! Wouldn't give me the owner's name. Properly has the bare minimum of everything. Cheap room amenities, short breakfast hours, cheapest food items, and the man at the front desk was GLUED TO HIS CELLPHONE. Will never stay there again! It's definitely not run well ~ not up to United States' hotel/motel standards.
