Water pressure ******. People outside are so loud. Rooms are nasty. Doors barely shut. Theres tape around the bathroom door. You get what you pay for i guess.

Linen was not clean, strong smell of cleaning chemicals. Room need a lot of repairs broken bathroom door, toilet unstable and rocky. Need to be secured properly.

I was up all night killing roaches. I could not sleep for roaches running under my bed and across the floor and also in my over night bag.
how can you allow people to stay over night in these infested condition.

Poor quality of room overall, sketchy neighborhood
The room itself was of poor quality. The door looked like it had been kicked in before. The walls, including the exterior wall, was super flimsy and provided no barrier to sound whatsoever. So the traffic all night, and then the mowers at 7:45am were very disruptive to our sleep. Who mows around a hotel at 7:45? That's a noise ordinance violation. The bed was uncomfortable, very rigid, squeaked loudly whenever you moved even slightly, and had only 3 small pillows. At least the bathrooms was OK, although water pressure was lacking in the shower. Oh and the TV -- didn't work. I wanted to watch the Thursday night NFL game but since we knew when we checked in at 5:00 that the TV didn't work, we just decided to go to a bar to watch the whole thing. I responded to an automated text asking how everything was by saying the TV was not working, and the automated response was basically "I'm an automated system and can't help with that but I'll let somebody know". Needless to say nobody came.
The neighborhood is very sketchy. Lots of undesirables hanging around. There was a small gang of young adults hanging out for hours outside that looked like gang bangers. Very bad experience overall.

因为我举报了姐妹酒店有霉菌、蟑螂和房间漏水的问题,结果被拒之门外。但他们仍然允许我预订,并且不给我退款。
令人失望的一次入住。我们预订的是无烟房,但房间里却弥漫着浓烈的烟味,我猜可能是从外面渗进来的。床上用品质量很差,枕头又小又不舒服。墙壁和门都很薄(我们一整晚都能清楚地听到隔壁的谈话声,真的一整晚!)。办理入住时,我们在空无一人的前台等了15分钟才等到工作人员回来,不过他回来后办理过程还算顺利。找到并进入房间很方便,停车也很方便。但是安全方面有些担忧。酒店贴了很多告示提醒大家保管好财物、锁好门。整栋建筑都安装了很强的泛光灯,估计是为了安全,但同时也影响了房间的遮光,导致我们睡不好。房间明显是最近“翻新”过的(和图片上一样),但表面处理还是让人感觉有点脏。清洁工作也不彻底,不过我想这个价位也只能这样了。此外,房间里还有虫子。我再也不会考虑入住任何一家红屋顶客栈了,可能以后也会避免使用Trip.com预订,因为这次的评价感觉很有误导性。我们只是想在清晨航班前住一晚,但我们一家四口(共4人)都没休息好。也许睡在车里或者直接在机场待着会更好。
除了价格,没啥优点
