How do I rate a hotel -- by my decision to return. Sadly, I would skip this B&B. We wanted to love this place based on the reviews but were disapointed. The room could have been cleaner. There was noise at night and early morning coming from the owner's quarters. Breakfast was mediocre. I got the feeling the owner was working on a very tight budget. The pastries, bread, etc were purchased at a grocery store not a bakery. The toilet in room 3 is on an elevated block. Every time we would exit the bathroom we would hit our heads on the ceiling of the door. Besides the location, this B&B was nothing special.

Our host went out of his way to help us. He even helped to park my car in the narrow street near the guesthouse. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options: omelettes, yogurt with different nuts and an assortment of items to add to it. The host respected our privacy. I would not hesitate to return.

We could not find that actual property. We were given instructions to park in a parking lot that was vacant and appeared to be unsafe in the middle of the evening. They then came to meet us and we walked to the property. We were very frustrated in trying to locate the property and circled with the GPS for almost an hour. They were frustrated that we could not understand what they were saying and were not the most patient people to explain exactly what we should do. We have not been to a property where you could not even drive to the area to check in and unload luggage, but had to park and then walk. There is no elevator to the rooms and the stairway is steep. There was peeling paint in the shower with mold. The breakfast was nice.

酒店回复: Hello dear guest ..thank you for taking all the time to write your comment ..at first you arrived late ..you called many times and we tried to help you and direct you ..to get to the place ..but you couldn't get there....we asked you to take a picture of the location you are in order to come to you and take you to the hotel .. and finally after many attempts by us to find you .. we arrived and picked you up .. we are in the heart of the old city and the address we give to the guests is an exact address .. and they always reach their destination. We constantly help our guests and when they arrive we receive them with a hot and cold drink with cookies .. and give them the room to rest .. You were very nervous because you couldn't find the place and it's not our fault. After all, you know the place, so we'll be happy to host you again. .
