We booked direct with the bnb on recommendation from a local. Our ground floor room was ideal for my disabled husband with a walk in shower. The breakfast was exceptionally good with fresh fruits, yogurt, fresh bake croissants and breads, even freshly squeezed orange juice. Bed comfort 10/10. Would def recommend and return

Just a one night stay - the beach was blissful and we decided on an overnighter rather than return to Canterbury. And what a lovely surprise here. It popped up on google maps, and we secured a competitively priced rate direct from Barry. Barry and Aye provided a warm welcome and are a great team. Their lounge was ideal for a pre dinner gin and tonic. Aye provided a plate of tapas type cured meats and astonishingly, padron peppers! Were we in a swank resort in Catlunya, or was this really east Kent? Dinner at the Botany Bay Hotel was excellent as ever. A perfect night's rest, first class brekkie with home baked pastries, FRESHLY SQUEEZED! orange juice and very good coffee. And right opposite our favorite beach. What more could you ask for!?

Home stay style hotel with friendly owners, one also Thai. Room is big with view of garden. Big rainfall style shower. Very modern but home style. Breakfast is good. Fresh pain chocolat, croissants and scrambled egg with good quality bacon. View in lounge over sea is nice and good for meet another guests. Owner put tapas to enjoy. Very good stay.

Fabulous, beautifully decorated modern house. Light, airy spotlessly clean rooms with a shared lounge and balcony with sea views. Two minutes walk from the beach, five minutes from a pub and all hosted with warmth and wisdom by Barry and Aye.

A beautiful retreat overlooking the sea. Great views from the balcony in a lovely sitting area where we were offered a glass of wine early evening. Stylish decor and comfort in the en suite bedrooms. Lovely breakfast in an amazing space. Our hosts were really kind and thoughtful which added to what was a great stay. Thank you would love to come back again
