Uncomfortable pillows and no dishcloth/ sponge, dishwasher tablets or teatowel which made cleaning up after cooking difficult.
Having to phone up to pay a security deposit was rather inconvenient and somewhat unusual- surely a secure link would be more appropriate- business travellers don't have time to visit the office to pay in cash so instead I had to pay over the telephone.

Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One.
Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome.
Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under.

Decent few days stay.
Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place.

1. 在我们前往利物浦的火车上（抵达当天），收到WhatsApp消息说预订的公寓无法使用，把我们安排到了伍德街（周六晚上）。考虑到有3个孩子以及市中心的喧嚣，这完全不合适。我们拒绝了，他们又把我们调回了君主码头。开局非常糟糕。
2. 公寓不干净，到处都有明显的污迹。
3. 危险——醒来时发现厨房地板被淹了，因为水槽下面有已知的漏水问题。有人在水槽下方放了一个锅来接水（我猜是想避免被发现），但水已经溢出来了，地板上一大摊水。我们踩到积水滑了一下。而且，那个锅就放在一个带电的插座旁边——这完全不可接受（见图片）。
4. 主门——关不上，感觉很不安全。任何人都可以随意进入，尤其是对有小孩的家庭来说，感觉更不安全。女性或家庭住在这里肯定不会感到舒适，因为太不安全了。我们向Happy Days反映了这个问题，他们说会派人来查看和修理，但并没有。整个周末门都是开着、不安全的。如果你进去过，你就会明白为什么会觉得不安全，非常孤立。
5. 状况——我试图使用百叶窗时，它从固定装置上掉了下来。
6. 客户服务——糟糕透顶。WhatsApp助手不承担任何责任。当我要求投诉时，他们说会处理。当我再次询问进展时，他们又说会处理。三周后，他们承诺经理第二天会来电话——结果没有。然后又说他们不处理投诉——也就是说欺骗了我们三周。
7. 最后，在给Katie发邮件后，她忽略了所有关键点，表现出对客户服务缺乏关键的理解。最终，她说她期待我留下评论，这样她就可以回复了！！！太不可思议了。
非常糟糕的公司，非常糟糕的住宿体验，而且是一个高度危险的机构……我会让看评论的人自己评估一下电插座旁边的漏水问题。这应该被调查！
干净舒适
如果能更清晰地标明门和储物柜的位置就更好了。
公寓干净整洁，厨房水槽需要一个碗或一个塞子，方便洗碗；还需要一个刷子和刷盘，方便清扫每天的碎屑等。淋浴水温太热，根本无法调到舒适的温度。
我绝对会推荐他们。
入住时公寓的入口非常混乱，我们不得不在*******外面的一个地方支付押金。感觉非常可疑。
炉灶的电源无法通过主电源开关供电。所有开关都需要贴上标签——我们一行人中有人在寻找电灯开关时不小心关掉了冰箱。
便宜又方便，但需要好好打扫一下。
去AAC非常方便，步行10分钟就能到市中心。性价比也很高。
虽然是新楼，但相当破旧。门装不上门框。没有关闭装置的门半夜发出很响的撞击声。没有剃须镜。表面干净。地板上到处都是长长的深色毛发。浴室只打扫了一部分。非常需要深度清洁和除尘。
糟糕的体验
抵达时公寓很脏。WiFi断断续续。有两个衣柜，但一个衣架都没有。他们不停地给我发信息，试图从我这里榨取更多钱，但抱怨以上问题时却没有任何回应。千万别把钱给这些人，你会后悔的。
直到我到达后才拿到进入密码，然后打电话给他们，这给我带来了很多不必要的压力。不过公寓非常好，而且离竞技场非常近（不到1分钟）。床垫和枕头出乎意料地简陋，而且很便宜。
