Great place

Stayed at this chain in Colorado and was very nice. Stayed here in Jonesboro and the room and staff did not disappoint. Nice people, clean room easy check in. The room, amazing. So nice and clean. Highly recommend everyone to stay.

Nice, clean facility. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Our soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and held on with blue tape...but other than that, it was wonderful.

Great hotel outside of dirty Memphis and safe. Rooms are spacious and very pet friendly. Nothing special but a pool also. Roxy and Ty for staff were extremely helpful and kind. I recommend

The only compliant I have was the room did not get dark enough. The shades still let the light in. Would have preferred to be able to pull curtains to help cover the light

While the room was nice, this was worse stay I’ve had in Jonesboro. I pass through Jonesboro about once a year & have stayed at other hotels in the area with minimal to no issues. This was my first time staying here and I wasn’t a fan.

Since this is 4 floor building, you take a chance on your upstairs neighbors. Unfortunately, we experienced the worse case scenario. We were on the third floor and the neighbors above us repeatedly kept running back & forth and dropping heavy stuff on the floor late in the evening (after 9pm) while we were trying to sleep so we can get back on the road for an 8 hour trip the next day.

We tolerated it for about an hour then went upstairs and kindly asked them to keep it down. After another half hour of no let up, we went to the front desk and asked the person there to help us and it subsided. Second issue is the ice machine which was right across from our room and quite loud. Every time somebody got ice, which was about 3 times that night, we heard it.

Then if that wasn’t enough, somebody decided to start playing music loud early in the morning. It was quite a rough night. Not to mention, the pull out couch mattress was flat and uncomfortable. It was basically just a piece of foam. My toddler daughter was very uncomfortable in it and ended up sleeping with us which defeated the purpose of spending more for a room with a sofa-bed.

Won’t be staying here again next time I pass through Jonesboro!

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Great breakfast, fun at the nice outdoor pool, spacious and nice room, fantastic shower head & everything we could need was provided for a short stay.
