I booked this hotel based on location and other reviews! Definitely was worth it! From the time we walked in check in was quick and easy and Donnell was so kind and professional! The room was clean as well as the entire hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed! Definitely a place I would recommend!!

This is a Fairfield? Wow, the staff is incredible from front desk to Housekeeping. The room was so clean, quiet, well-arranged, and with a large TV. I hope the property stays this way as it ages. The breakfast buffet is amazing as are Karl & Roy who work there and take great pride in the complimentary breakfast. We would stay here again if ever back in West VA.
