This hotel is totally avoidable. Vast of money. The service is poorest. The room is smaily, and there is no exust in the bathroom. No wifi working also tv only as showcase. We booked this hotel on CPAI, but on both days, there is no breakfast available. We call many times at reception, but there is no reply. So please don't book it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Really close to Banaras Junction Railway Stations (just a 7 min walk). Shah Shahbuddin and Fiza behavior is really good. They provide early check - in if possible. The staff helped me with my check out and on requesting gave me a room for 30 minutes .

Location is really bad,
It’s inside in Gali and car can go hardly inside the street. Surround house r in poor condition
