The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. Almost all the Ghats and temples of Varanasi is accessible from here. The hotel has all the necessary amenities with good clean rooms. The food catered is good. The services offered and the behaviour of the hotel staff are good. The only negative comment I would like to make is that the room rents and the food prices, by any standard, are definitely on the higher side

We planned to stay for a night so that we could go to the temple early morning. We got a room which was really stinky . Asked for a chnage but could not get one. The only advantage is the location . It is 15 mins walk from Dashawmegh ghat and markets. And 15 mins to kashi vishwanath temple. The staff was good but the room was bad.

Location : very good everything was in the vicinity of hotel.as my parents were old so it was beneficial for them. They dont have to walk long distances.
Rooms : were in good condition but the central operation of air conditioner was a bit of problem as we are not able to control rooms temperature.rest facilities were upto the mark.
Overall it was a nice stay and staffs were well behaved and very helpful in nature. It was a pleasant stay and i enjoyed it

Courteous staff and very nice place to stay at Varanasi. Food is very nice so is the ambience of the restaurant.

The restaurant and food was good. Rooms were average no windows available. Bathroom shower was not working. Staff was courteous.

位置非常方便走出去就是景点
如果想要大部分的时间在恒河旁活动或是小巷市集走动
入住这里可以省去及多时间在叫车 塞车 交通移动上
可惜就是车流早晚不断 睡觉还是会听得到喇叭声
（个人是已经习惯 还是照睡）
洗澡水温过热 冷热水有点难调整
个人怀疑枕头被单被子没有清洁或更换
（虽然没有味道，但看得出来有污渍）
当下忘记跟饭店反应 也许反应后可以更换
柜台前的服务及态度非常得好（可能是因为外国人）
会帮忙叫车 也愿意提供瓶装水
大致上入住的体验还是很不错
酒店位置优越。步行即可到达喀什维斯瓦纳特寺、河坛和市场。食物种类丰富，味道极佳，有些菜肴特意不放洋葱和大蒜。工作人员非常配合，乐于回答要求，并帮助提供当地信息。酒店和房间都保持着卫生和清洁。虽然酒店位于繁忙的道路上，但房间内部比较安静。
酒店人员行为不好，只注重赚钱而不注重服务，客户服务太差
