第一性价比很高,但一定要提前订。
位置很好 就在皇后大街附近 逛街很方便 附近中餐很多。
房间很宽敞,床很舒服。卫生干净。有送行李服务。很不错。
说实话奥克兰只有一家柏悦稍微差不多一点,其它只能说能住。因为临时预定只有JW万豪可以选,床品和房间还行,只有洗手间很老旧,可能有30年以上时间了,其次是洗手间地步有非常明显的脏鞋底痕迹,没清洗干净。下午入住要一桶冰块,大约2小时送达。早上又打电话要一桶冰块,等到退房也没送来。说实话对于新西兰旅游想住高级酒店可以说几乎标准都达不到,只有价格超出高级酒店标准。北岛最北边的贝壳杉悬崖瑰丽酒店酒店和和另外一家瑰丽酒店都住了,价格都是27000-30000元/晚,但是餐饮质量和整体房间设施只能说相当于国内500元酒店的标准。
房间空间够大,设备较旧但不影响使用。商业中心去那里也方便。厨房设置算齐全,但貌似锅具标准不一,每间房的配置不一样,碗碟也有点
不一样。
奥克兰JW万豪的体验堪称完美!落地后办理入住超高效,房间视野绝了——落地窗直眺城市天际线,床品软到陷进去就不想起🌃 行政酒廊的下午茶精致又管饱,晚上的小食也很用心。服务人员全程在线,有次晚归还主动帮忙叫了车,细节满分!是来奥克兰会反复住的酒店~
首个避雷贴,史上最差五星!
环境:显示 2025 年装修,其实只换了壁纸和大堂公区,洗手间、走廊、门都很老旧、淋浴房转不开身。
居住体验:酒店对面是酒吧,前半夜乐队声音巨大,完全没办法入睡!最垃圾的是酒店的床品,入住床单上有污渍点,布草极度不舒服,睡得浑身痒,很难相信这是 JW 万豪的品控。 加上乐队的吵闹,几乎整夜没有睡。
服务:差!check in 后发现床单脏要求换床单,晚上回来并没换。早上 check out,把行李存放在酒店,有东西遗落在房间,晚上取行李时并未告知,还是几天后打电话询问酒店,对方秒确实有物品遗落。虽然遗失物品是自己大意,但作为如此高星的酒店并未尽到提醒义务,毫无服务。
订房前看过点评,评分不高,想万豪应该问题不大,没想到不愉快的事情发生在自己身上,总台服务差到不能再差,除了敷衍就是不办,房间晚上21:30分都没打扫。这个酒店从上至下包括入住客人以印度人为主,对中国人只有鄙视的眼光。一个golden key还是不错的,可惜这样的服务员在这酒店太少。
这可以算是我住酒店十分离谱的一次经历了。我们出门以后housekeeping打扫了房间,结果离奇的是我们自己的一双拖鞋不见了。我不明白是被当成垃圾丢掉了,还是被拿走了,我也不懂housekeeping拿走我拖鞋做什么。问了一圈,前台,客房,都没有结果。
酒店是较老的酒店新装修的,房间还可以,但卫浴的设施比较老旧。房间整体还算干净,但冰箱里有上一个客人洒的污渍没打扫干净,十分恶心。
性价比确实比较高,对于这个价格来说还算可以,但对于jw万豪来说就有点差了,我没想到这么离奇的入住经历是在我十分信任的jw万豪里发生的。
尤其是我的拖鞋就这样失踪了。虽然不贵,但也算是客人财物,实在很难接受。前台和客房倒是有积极帮我找,最后给了积分补偿。
浴缸和洗脸池排水口处水垢很多,清洁达不到五星级标准。我预订的是两张双人床的房间,结果被告知超额预订了,酒店说会给我升级,但最终只分到了一个带一张大床和一张单人床的房间。虽然酒店提供了免费早餐,第二天也给我换了房间,但我还是很不满意。
入住时,前台工作人员操作慢,而且神奇的是,还没拿到房卡,行李车就送到了房间。(关键是我们2个房间,行李要分开呀,而且护照银行卡的背包也一并送上去了。。)好心的被折腾出了我问题。
早餐非常赞,热食水果面包坚果饮品都在线。唯一槽点:人多,工作人员忙不过来,点了咖啡吃完了也没送到。给小姐姐看图说话,点了蛋白鸡蛋饼,小姐姐还重复了“egg white”,最后上来的是“egg yellow”。也有点醉。
但是整体还是很赞的,房间空间大些,干净度挺好。酒店走廊提供纯净水,可以接。
