I booked 2 nights for my father-in-law through ******* & then paid cash for another 2 nights. My father-in-law ended up passing at the hotel & I asked for the money back for the remaining 2 days to go towards helping us with the funeral as we just finished with my husband’s grandmother 2 weeks ago. They said they would follow up. They didn’t and when I called they just gave a flat no & said there is a no refund policy. Nothing is black & white. Have some compassion. Not impressed at all.

工作人员非常友好。酒店位置很偏远，但景色很美——能看到日出和日落。房间里有很多小问题：马桶座圈坏了，淋浴水流很小，床下很脏，游泳池也不是很干净，酒店餐厅也关门了。
最大的问题是，我忘了锁门，结果晚上有个男的直接走进了房间，开始走动，还开了灯。他说他是警察，但这种事情发生本身就是一个大大的扣分项。
总的来说，这个地方还算安静，工作人员也很好。

到处都是蟑螂，浴室地砖松动，马桶座破损，床单很脏，天花板掉下来，垃圾桶里堆满了腐烂的垃圾，房间里的电缆裸露在外（240伏），床垫不舒服（弹簧），不会在游泳池里游泳，因为其他地方都很脏
我朋友去了那里，体验非常糟糕。卫生条件很差，没有空调，不适合体面又尊重他人的人。他们拒绝退款，他不得不去另一家住宿重新付款。我朋友一夜没睡。他跟经理说想换房间，但他们拒绝了。
