I did not get to stay. A front desk receptionist called me and said my card declined but I was explaining to her that I chose to pay at property. She said she don’t care what I chose on the website because that’s not they property policy. I was asking how could that be if website allowed it and she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional weird relationship the hotel and website have and that individual was very unprofessional

Service was excellent and super friendly! The room was unique with a fridge and 2-burner stove. An ideal location for multiple days for sure. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was great! The only issue was it could’ve been cleaner. However, it was an easy access hotel and secure so I would choose to stay there again.

It’s a nice place to stay a little while or a couple of nights.. good card security to get in and out pretty clean and nice for the average person not like a retro dive.. you feel safe a clean staying there but not like high level, good for the price.. with microwave, fridge, small stove and clean design..

The only thing I didn't like was not having a coffee pot in the room. It has a kitchen but no coffee pot. For the price I assumed they would have provided one. Other than that my stay was great. I stayed for a week.

I have stayed at their location several times in the past few years and this last stay was unlike the others. There are extra fees for everything including throwing any trash from your car in exterior trash cans or if you leave trash in your room. You are asked to throw out your own trash from your room as well. Sign by sign in desk is extensive on all charges that you could accrue. I have never seen a list like this and I travel nearly every 3-4 weeks for work. The pillows provided were also very lumpy as if they were washed/dried incorrectly. Just not the experience we had the first 2-3 times we booked this hotel. No blow dryer in room either. We had to run across the street to get all toiletries needed. The bedding also was not the best quality.

First, I’d like to say how sweet, professional and nice the receptionist was at the front office. This was the best part of the hotel. Not being from the area and traveling alone with my child this was not an ideal place to stay. Had it not been so late I would have walked out and stayed somewhere else. There was a lot of long term customers living in the hotel. Hallways are extremely dirty and you could hear people talking in their rooms. The bed while it had clean sheets, they were wet. (My thoughts are maybe they spray for bed bugs.) the floors were greasy and your shoes slip as you walk across the floor, part of the door was broken as well. We had multiple nights booked here, but we will be cancelling those.

I would not recommend for a short stay. The room had a musty smell, like a basement. The room had no air circulation or ventilation. There is no real housekeeping. There are no amenities as well. The only positive things are the full refrigerator and microwave in the room which are nice. Other than that they don’t have much to offer besides a bed.
