Rooms are fine. But the service from thr restaurant is really bad. Pure discrimination between North and South people. Chair and table was provided to north Indian people. South Indian people were forced in small cabin with limited chairs d couple tables. I reached out to the GENERAL MANAGER and she says it's the company policy not to provide chairs when they restaurant is busy. GM manager, staff all them are so rude aggressive and so very unprofessional. GM was not ready to listen she was busy arguing with me,and she walked out in the middle of the conversation. we were group of 34 people and put of which h 30 people are SENIOR CITIZENS. We were forced to stand and have our dinner. The entire team is rude. She is not fit to be GM. The floor was wet and slippery and they didn't even clean the floor, I almost slipped. We were forced to clear the plates and the table. Arrogant diiscrimatiry, rude , unprofessional staff and GM. Not just us there was another group from.Andhra and they faced the sane. Never ever....plz stay away from.this hotel. ATTENTION ALL TOURIST COMPANIES and TOUR MANAGERS. PLZZZZZZZZZZ STAY AWy from.this hotel especially SOUTH INDIANS avoid this hotels unless u all wanna be treated like donkeys and dogs. Such a filthy awful management. Quality of the food is 2 out of 10. And room I would score 6 out of 10. For service 0 out of 10. Customer service is poor way to poor. Managers are very aggressive as well. They were all blabbering. Wat made me laugh Is that she mentioned that if the restaurant is busy we the customers need to be flexible and she Eben said dinner buffet no tables will be provided it morning buffet tables willbe pro idea a d that's the company policy....so hilarious. DEAR OWNER GM.and staff like this with high attitude and discrimination is not gonna support ur business and its not gonna move up the ladder. Your entire team insulted group of 34 people. Good luck.

Nice hotel and staff is very good and helpful. Housekeeping cleaning is very neat and tidy. Reception staff is very humble and polite. Structure is very nice and the decor is mind blowing. I will make sure my staff stays in this hotel only. Mr nawaz is always available for help.

The location of hotel very convinient for me. Hotel room size is perfect. The cleanliness maintained in the hotel is very good. Food at first floor is delicious. The Staff and Manager very polite and taking care very nicely. Food quality is very nice. Food serving crockery is well cleaned and maintained. Value to money is very good. Satisfied. We are looking for a stay at Bhavnagr for 1 or 2 months at a streatch and we will select this hotel for the same

Me and my mother traveller to Bhavnagar for some work purpose and we stayed at Virgo Sumeru Bhavnagar and trust me we were so much satisfied that we felt like staying in a good brand. The staff is so humble, polite and courteous. The reception staff especially Mayur ji, Charitith ji and Pappu ji were mind blowing ***** with others from restaurant. The lobby manager always available with a pleasing approach and always ready to suggest places to go around and always warns if it's gonna rain. Will definitely suggest this place as the rooms are clean with all required amenities and very comfortable stay one can have

We had an absolutely good short overnight stay. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast buffet was good . The staff ensured that we were comfortable. The only thing which can be improved is to have 24x7 restaurants or some mini meals available at odd hours, I will rate this as value and excellent stay.

The hotel is clean and neat. The hotel staff is very very curious. The location is also good. I liked the food here though the buffet spread is less, we could order and all the dishes were of good taste and quality. The rooms are decent, comfortable. Best part is staff in lobby which is always available to help you with a smile and energy.

We visited for some rituals and the service was best I felt as per the property and the city. Rooms are clean and neat well maintained. Staff is very polite and humble. Reception staff Mayur ji helped for fast check-in. Food is too good especially pizza unlimited restaurant. Mr.Rawat was always available to help us during dinner. Very good maintained property and will definitely recommend others also in future.
