Clean & comfortable but staff was worn thin
Hotel was great and clean. Rooms were nice. Check in staff member was all alone both times we checked in and stretched thin... would really benifit from having more than one person there after hours, especially because after hours was between 7 and 9 in our case, not all that late to still have two ppl there.

他们就是不想打扫房间。
住宿体验不佳。在这家酒店一共有四个房间。我不得不三次要求他们打扫我的房间。今天我终于告诉他们，如果他们不打扫我的房间，我就让所有人都退房，然后去另一家酒店。前台的回复是可以的，没关系。现在回到我的房间，他们确实整理了床铺并倒了垃圾，但他们没有吸尘，因为我的地板上到处都是东西。我甚至在离开前打开了窗帘，确保能看到所有东西。我想这还不够。我从来没有在万豪酒店争吵过打扫房间。这里的一位工作人员非常友好和乐于助人，但她晚上工作，我不好意思给差评，因为这一切都不是她的错。但其他前台人员都很差劲。就这么简单。
