酒店回复: I apologize, but I do believe you have mistaken our Residence Inn for a different hotel. We have never had flooding in the lobby area or main floor, nor do we have a Starbucks area in our hotel.

Convenient, hot breakfast, clean upon arrival. Air conitioner sounded like a motorcycle was right by the windiw by the bed when running, carpet had a tear that could be hazardous, door to our room had to be manually closed. We rented a second room and hotel could not find that with the resevation. I had to find a number to live ******* help and deal with it.

Was hoping for better
We have stayed at this hotel several times and always such a pleasure. But this weekend stay wasn’t up to par. The room was dirty (dirty bandaid on wall in bathroom, stains on floor, pullout couch had a blood stained mattress cover on it). There was things broken in room and ice machine made an TERRIBLE noise every 10 min. The service just wasn’t as good as it usually is. Sad that it was like this and hopefully things get better soon!

Nice apartment style room.
This hotel was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and quiet. They did accept pets for a $75 non-refundable charge. The neighborhood is good and there are plenty of dining choices.

The Residence Inn at Quail Springs in OKC is my family’s go to. LOVE the staff, excellent rooms & delicious breakfast in the mornings. We stay here all the time and will continue to.

Absolutely loved our stay. The staff is wonderful. Great room, mini kitchen, comfy bed and the breakfast was great. We will definitely be staying here again, and we are very impressed with the Marriot brand, especially this Residence Inn. 5 stars!

不愉快的经历
前台工作人员不太友好。客房清洁人员人很好。主楼层的管道漏水，走廊里其他客人说话的声音很大，星巴克区域没有星巴克特有的咖啡。我再也不会住这里了。
电视坏了，员工粗鲁无礼
去年我在这里住过十多次，每次体验都很棒。这次的体验很特别。结束一天的忙碌工作后，我回到房间，正准备看看电视放松一下。但我的电视却坏了。我打电话给前台，他们告诉我，大堂的电视还能用，所以我的电视肯定也能用。我和前台争论了一番，他们说他们太忙了，没空派人去查看，我可以打电话给他们的客服，告诉他们我是酒店员工，看看能不能解决这个问题。沮丧之余，我放弃了。这不是对待付费客人的方式。我住了两晚，房间里没有电视，WiFi也不稳定，连平板电脑都用不了。我再也不会住这里了。
