Constructive complaint
The hotel is very nice and clean, and the service is very good. The only thing is that you can't relax watching movies. The TVs are supposed to have Netflix, but when you want to watch it, it doesn't appear on some, and on other TVs, you can't easily connect. They should make it so you can easily connect with your account, like in other hotels. But everything else is fine.

A lovely Hotel with a little kitchen containing lots of useful items.It had a beautiful bathroom and a very comfortable bed.
Strangely the heater seemed to turn itself on even though the switch on the wall was off. That was a bit of a nuisance.
I would definitely stay here again though.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I could tell right away that this hotel was managed by a professional! Everything was very clean and welcoming.

Fine for a short stay
We checked in late in the evening and it was pretty simple check in. There's a $50 hold placed on your card for incidentals. That hold should be removed after a few days. The hotel is super new, but already showing signs of wear and tear. Hardware in the bathroom was already rusted out and the bathroom floor was pretty dirty (especially in the corners). We stayed overnight, so it was a nice stay for a single night. There is no housekeeping, but you can request towels at the front desk. The linens were all clean and the room overall was clean. There's a kitchenette in each room, so no breakfast provided in the lobby. All around, this was a pretty good place to stay for a short visit.
