Lilly on reception was friendly, helpful and excellent in her role. She checked us in early, the electric tripped in our bedroom and she came up right away and fixed.

The only complaint about the outside are was it appeared to be in the process of being renovated

Good Location and size
Great location, view of the dock and friendly staff.
The apartment itself was a good size and in good condition. The apartment was advertised as a 6 person apartment however the kitchen was not equipped for 6 people. There was no lock or latch for the bathroom which was awkward as 5 people were staying in the apartment. A few things were broken which i wouldn't expect.

前台女士说我每天需要到前台领取早餐。她还提到早餐非常简单，不值那个价钱。照片显示每天提供的早餐都一样。而且，前台也经常没有人。无线网络非常糟糕，老是断开，我根本连不上。房间还不错，但是每天都没有客房服务。他们不提供咖啡和卫生纸，冰箱也坏了。我索要卫生纸时，他们只给了一卷，说会给，但实际上没有给。第二天，我在镇上逛完回到酒店，发现大门打不开，我无法进入房间。我在寒冷的天气中在外面等了 30 多分钟。
公寓不错，但停车位有点远。前台工作人员不太帮忙。窗户坏了但没人能修理，不过他们提出给我们换一个房间。总的来说还可以。
位置很棒。两间卧室都很安静也很干净。
就是床垫对我们来说有点太软了。
非常好的酒店
工作人员热情周到，公寓环境优美，可以俯瞰水景，而且紧邻M&S Arena体育馆。
Chloe工作非常出色，既细心又乐于助人。
下次一定还会入住👍
