I find this hotel for Deccan location pune on (make my trip app) and I was book this hotel, Room was good but bathroom has not tabel, hot water and toiletries.

2 TV recharge was not there but keep saying due to technical issue channels are not coming.
3 despite of my 4 reminder they took 4 hrs to deliver extra bed in the room
4 all the time they ware lying
5. room was with full of mosquitoes.
6. in the floor passage smoking smells were there.

I have stayed in a super deluxe twin room. The room was very clean and hotel location is very near to FC road.
Vincent in the hotel reception was very friendly and helped us with all the good services.
Most definitely recommended for good stay!!

Great stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the local area. However, there were a few minor issues with the food and Wi-Fi connectivity. Room Stay Experience Feedback:
1st Room: The room was booked under the assumption that it could accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. However, it was furnished with only two beds, which were clearly insufficient for the intended occupancy. Upon requesting an extra bed, we were provided with a mattress placed directly on the floor, which had an unpleasant and stinky odor, making it uncomfortable for use. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in this room had a faulty flap, causing continuous vibrations and noise throughout the stay.
2nd Room: Due to the unsatisfactory condition and inadequate space in the first room—especially considering one of the adults was a senior citizen—we had to adjust and accommodate 2 adults and 2 children in the second room instead.
Moreover, our experience with communication prior to check-in was confusing. While attempting to inform about a late check-in, calls were redirected to OYO, making it unclear whether the property was managed by the owner directly or a third-party operator. This lack of clarity forced us to send a family member in person just to notify the staff about our delayed arrival.
