An absolutely gorgeous hotel right in the heart of Tralee. Delicious food, a welcoming bar, the nicest staff and the cosiest room. We were delighted with every thoughtful detail from the gorgeous toiletries to the pillow spray. The most comfortable bedding ensured a great nights stay. Can't wait to come back and will reccommend to everyone

So myself and my husband stayed here on the 28th of February for one night , it is such a a gorgeous, friendly hotel. reception was quick and easy the guy who checked us in was so professional polite and friendly made it a great start to our night away . our room was lovely, spotless and we slept like babies the mattress was something else so comfortable we got the package deal such a great deal dinner and bed/breakfast the food is amazing the staff were fabulous . Had a few drinks in the bar the staff in the bar are lovely . This hotel can’t do enough to make your stay pleasant one . Breakfast in the morning it was nice to sit down and be waited on the girls were so helpful lovely breakfast .. So we’ve decided to go back with our teenagers in a couple of weeks I would highly recommend this hotel ..

We enjoyed an overnight stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The hotel is in a great location in the town centre, with shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We received a friendly welcome on arrival and first impressions were good. The bedroom was small but it was fine for a one night stay and we had availed of a great rate by booked in advance. The bed was very comfortable and little touches like sleep spray were a nice idea. Ear plugs were also provided but we didn’t need them, despite the central location. Decent bathroom with walk in shower and nice toiletries. There is a cosy bar onsite with a good atmosphere, it is a lovely place to meet up with friends for a coffee or a drink. We ordered light snacks and the bar food was of good quality. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for hot food with no additional supplements. Continental buffet was a bit limited but the choice of hot food made up for this. There is no onsite parking but this was well advertised and there is ample, cheap overnight parking across from the Brandon hotel, a few minutes walk away. A great place to stay in Tralee town.

Lovely boutique hotel, very friendly & helpful team. Central location, finding parking was a challenge but got sorted in nearby public cark park with help of very helpful girl on reception. Room very spacious & clean. Food really nice. Upon checkout I was asked if everything was ok which is always a good sign that team are open to suggestions. Will definitely stay again.

非常实用的新酒店。我们一行 48 人，服务很糟糕。特别是早餐。非常年轻，但经验很少或没有。普通房间，在一楼。他们一天到晚都不整理床铺。仅当羽绒被朝上时
