Reginald Robinson and the rest of the valet staff were exceptional! Super easy in and out!! They had my car out before I got to the door and were friendly and personable.

I've stayed twice now, and this hotel is the real deal. The service is consistently excellent--most recently, I was so "wowed" by Esteban at the front desk that I gave him a cash tip in addition to the tip I wrote in on my credit card receipt. The building is stunning--the staircase by the elevator bank in the lobby is solid marble! The rooms are tastefully and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast is a tremendous value at $16 with made to order options. The gym is expansive and gorgeous. Love this hotel!

This is a beautifully restored building. Top-notch to say the least, and it shows. It's clean and classy. Comfortable and very appealing. I will definitely stay again and recommend it.
