Love this hotel. The location is great. The rooms are clean, supplied well and very roomy. Very comfortable stay. We’ll be back.

Great place to stay for peace and quiet
Great place to stay and it was very peaceful and quiet.. I hate staying at hotels because of people and noise and people going in and out all hours of the night being noisy but this place was quiet and every employee spoke and said hello and goodbye as you were leaving.. breakfast was great.

This place is just barely holding on. None of the ice machines worked, there were guests sitting in the hallway due to multiple people (MULTIPLE) staying in the rooms, I think they were permanent. No breakfast. If I would have known all these things in advance I would have paid more and stayed somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and clean. We loved the pool. It was a little dirty so we had to clean out the dead insects. The lady working the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

Great place and staff!
Only reason not 5 star is due to not being able to connect TV to In house WiFi in order to stream.
We did not ask could we do this from the staff which could have answered the question. All great stay here!

I did not like that there was not a safe in our room. I did not like that the shower curtain was almost impossible to slide along the rod. I did not like that one of the beds pop like the sound of sheet metal when you lay down in it. I had one issue with staff. Our last night someone staying at the hotel had parked they large truck with trailer across all of the available parking spaces by the rear entrance. As I use a cane it was difficult for me to park farther away and transit to the door. I notified the folks at the front desk and they told me they would take care of the situation. Unfortunately the vehicle was still there the next morning.
What I did like is the cleanliness and nearness of the hotel and grounds, the helpful demeanor of the staff, and the hotels location near restaurants. The morning breakfast area was kept very clean and the food and coffee were great!

Dislikes: shampoo and conditioner bottles size of my thumb (one bottle per person per shower and could barely squeeze it out. The water never got super hot. The lights flashed on and off in the whole unit...they offered to move us to another unit at 10pm but we just checked out the next day, 2 days early. Manager said would refund the 2 days though; the TV was only basic satellite; the springs in the matresses were very loud. LIKES: The management; the exercise gym; the bathtub was awesome; location to Sun City; the newness of the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and the Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Only complaint was the breakfast. The Eggs were awful, overheard other folks saying the same thing. But I would absolutely recommend and stay at the hotel again. Thank you!
