1. 从内罗毕机场接我们到酒店,20分钟的路程要价5000肯尼亚先令,接机时甚至没有提供水。而我在蒙巴萨住的一家更贵的酒店,1小时的路程只收3500肯尼亚先令,并且提供了冰水。
2. 房间因为新设施而有些异味,我一进去就闻到了,淋浴间置物架上的毛巾也总是有同样的味道,非常不舒服。
3. 最让我生气的是,有人拿走了我们一套牙刷、拖鞋和迎宾巧克力。就因为我们一晚上不需要它们,第二天我发现后留了张纸条并给了小费,结果有人只拿走了小费,却没有给我我要求的东西。
4. 自第二天起,其中一部电梯就坏了,有时甚至两部都坏了。幸运的是,我的房间只在三楼。
优点是:咖啡还不错,房间里的桌子也挺特别的。
新装修,整洁干净
大堂装修不错,服务人员的服务态度也很好,就是房间的服务很差,体验感非常不好,厕所地上都是小垃圾,浴巾也是很脏的放在洗手台上,厕所没有垃圾桶很不方便。早上服务员在我们吃早餐的时候来打扫。把我朋友喝水的杯子丢掉了,还有我新拿出来的洗脸巾也丢掉了。很不可思议,这是什么行为,火上加火。还有睡觉的枕头很高,睡觉很不舒服
这真是一家超赞的酒店!无论是位置、设施、房间的床还是整体空间,都是我住过的酒店里最好的。100%推荐!
酒店很新,装修风格很现代化。早餐品类丰富。但服务有待改进。 中午在餐厅点了汉堡和意面,等了一个小时才上桌
酒店位于西区CBD附近,步行5分钟即可到达各大购物中心,整体来说酒店很不错。
全新的酒店设施,地理位置便利,周围环境闹中取静,餐饮选择丰富。服务效率很高,安保措施也很严密,让旅客住得很安心。下次我一定还会再来。
这里的安保措施做得很好。工作人员也很礼貌。推荐大家尝尝这里的食物。
