以下是一些供您参考的细节，说明了为什么除非他们有所改进，否则您不应该入住：
1. 从内罗毕机场接我们到酒店，20分钟的路程要价5000肯尼亚先令，接机时甚至没有提供水。而我在蒙巴萨住的一家更贵的酒店，1小时的路程只收3500肯尼亚先令，并且提供了冰水。
2. 房间因为新设施而有些异味，我一进去就闻到了，淋浴间置物架上的毛巾也总是有同样的味道，非常不舒服。
3. 最让我生气的是，有人拿走了我们一套牙刷、拖鞋和迎宾巧克力。就因为我们一晚上不需要它们，第二天我发现后留了张纸条并给了小费，结果有人只拿走了小费，却没有给我我要求的东西。
4. 自第二天起，其中一部电梯就坏了，有时甚至两部都坏了。幸运的是，我的房间只在三楼。
优点是：咖啡还不错，房间里的桌子也挺特别的。
新装修，整洁干净
大堂装修不错，服务人员的服务态度也很好，就是房间的服务很差，体验感非常不好，厕所地上都是小垃圾，浴巾也是很脏的放在洗手台上，厕所没有垃圾桶很不方便。早上服务员在我们吃早餐的时候来打扫。把我朋友喝水的杯子丢掉了，还有我新拿出来的洗脸巾也丢掉了。很不可思议，这是什么行为，火上加火。还有睡觉的枕头很高，睡觉很不舒服
这真是一家超赞的酒店！无论是位置、设施、房间的床还是整体空间，都是我住过的酒店里最好的。100%推荐！
酒店很新，装修风格很现代化。早餐品类丰富。但服务有待改进。 中午在餐厅点了汉堡和意面，等了一个小时才上桌
酒店位于西区CBD附近，步行5分钟即可到达各大购物中心，整体来说酒店很不错。
全新的酒店设施，地理位置便利，周围环境闹中取静，餐饮选择丰富。服务效率很高，安保措施也很严密，让旅客住得很安心。下次我一定还会再来。
这里的安保措施做得很好。工作人员也很礼貌。推荐大家尝尝这里的食物。
