Room was nice, staff was nice. The bathroom had zero body wash in the dispenser. The plate in the microwave was a mess with food scraps. There was absolutely no complimentary anything....no coffee...no continental breakfast....will not book this property again.

The housekeeping entered my room and threw all my stuff in a trash bag. I just went outside to buy something just a while. And I came back at 10h30A.M .Even though the check out time at 11A.M. The receptionist at the counter told me there was no problem and dont say sorry to me first and tryna explain everything . I feft so disappointed with this service

Everything was excellent until alarms were going off starting at 5am. Power was lost and no way to get to front desk or even call them. I stood in my doorway for awhile hoping someone would go around explaining what happened and as soon as I went back to sleep at 7 another alarm went off! I ended up over sleeping. I didn’t know what was happening. Desk told me they had a power outage. Why all the alarms for a power outage 😡

Comfortable, modern and reasonably spacious room with good sized bathroom. Member of staff on reception when we checked in was lovely - morning staff disinterested. Very comfortable bed. Quiet despite main road outside.
Breakfast was Starbucks. Very nice, freshly prepared, delightful staff but limited choice and quite expensive,

先是浴缸坏了，水都溅出来了，所以我们不得不换房间。然后电梯又坏了，我们只能扛着行李从糟糕的三楼爬楼梯下来。真是糟糕的住宿体验。
