Perfect
This was the best day I ever had at a hotel. Everything was perfect. Perfect bed perfect tub. Perfect everything I slept like a rock will definitely go back.

Well, this was a mistake. Maybe the worst hotel in Billings! Room is completely empty, aside from the bed on a frame 8” from the ground. The pet fee was $60!!! No coffeemaker, thin blankets, thin mattresses…book somewhere else…anywhere else!!! :(

Ended up leaving and getting a refund. The pet charges are not as advertised and the staff blamed expedia/orbitz. Have stayed before with no issues but will not book again.

I was able to open the window which was nice. The bed was way too low to the ground which was terrible because it was an ADA room. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable for my boyfriend

It’s easy off the interstate. The room was a good size. There is no Kleenex, no hair dryer, no coffee pot, no hand towel ( only a bath towel and wash cloth), no cooking utensils.

My family is staying here and and as I am here for a visit I am staying as well. I was impressed at the newness of all amenities and the staff was very friendly.

Staff is rude.
The rooms are not comfortable but made for like construction workers and long term staying.
On hard floors, cabinets everywhere, and the worst part was the bed.
Cheap and super soft beds on a cheap frame.
I cannot sleep on soft beds so immediately I requested to cancel as it would hurt my back.
They refused when I did not even stay there.

酒店里哪里都找不到咖啡……也没有洗手皂之类的。你需要带齐所有东西……不过房间非常棒！我们入住的时候，冰箱里留有食物，床底下也挺多灰尘的，但除此之外，房间还算干净。
