This is my 1st visit to a Postcard property... & I'm happy to report I'M IMPRESSED. It's the perfect definition for a 5 star Boutique stay. The epitome of 5 star service & class. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all modern amenities, but still retained the old world charm. The turn down service is the best! The meals organic & freshly prepared a big thank you to Chef Rohit & Chef Mayank, from breakfast to dinner every meal was outstanding! The Manager Shahswat & his team will go above & beyond to make your stay memorable & comfortable. Please note The Postcard Velha is situated in Old Goa, which we learnt is a Unesco world heritage site It's not close to any beach etc., but I would recommend The Postcard experience.

I visited The Postcard Velha for a solitude retreat after my surgery, and the moment I stepped onto the property, I felt transported to another era. The magnificent banyan tree was the highlight of my stay, its subtle energy and healing vibrations played a beautiful role in accelerating my recovery. I cherished my slow living days there. The food was fresh, wholesome, and deeply comforting. Mr. Shashwat, the property manager, graciously entertained all my requests and went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The privacy, serenity, and stillness, far removed from the usual hustle and bustle, were exactly what I needed. I loved painting, practicing breathwork under the banyan tree, and enjoying warm afternoon swims. I truly admire The Postcard brand and the effortless elegance with which they offer hospitality to the discerning traveler. Amazing stay at Postcard Velha. Beautiful room, wonderful facilities and excellent hospitality. Ritvick and team couldn’t do enough for us (he provided us with great recommendations/ transport and was on hand at any time we needed). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We ate at the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner over the course of the weekend and all were brilliant - lots of choice, great service and very reasonable prices. Particularly the seafood options, accompanied by some great cocktails. Would recommend this hotel highly and thank all the lovely staff for making our stay so special.

We spent the last two weeks at Sitaram Postcard Retreat. I came here for Panchakarma, and it was a very intensive and truly mindset-changing experience for me. What I appreciated the most is the holistic and comprehensive healing approach. Many procedures focus on the physical body, and the therapists are absolutely amazing — they do a wonderful job. At the same time, there is a strong focus on the mental and nervous system. I experienced personally guided meditation, personal Yoga Nidra sessions, and acupuncture, which supported me on a much deeper level. The diet is created individually according to your treatment plan, and even the medication is brought to you exactly at the right time. If you follow the treatment protocol, the results come much faster than you might expect. There are also lectures, which help you understand how Ayurveda works and how to integrate it into your life. A very important aspect is the medical team — highly professional doctors, wonderful therapists, and a great kitchen and service team throughout the entire property. A big thank you to all of you. And last but not least, the beautiful nature surrounding us has, in my opinion, a very positive impact on the whole healing process

What an extraordinary project the Postcard hotels is. After 2 nights at the Postcard Hideaway at Netravali, I expected the 'city' Postcard Velha to be less verdant and city-encroached. It turned out to be my private villa in a remote location... unbelievably private, beautiful manicured gardens, stunning view of the Mandovi river in the distance and the unforgettable breakfasts in the gazebo on the elevated platform.

We really enjoyed our 2 days at the Postcard Velha, such a beautiful place. We really enjoyed the food, the rooms, the tranquility and the very attentive staff. The manager was outstandingly attentive and helped us with everything we needed. We also had a massage which was of very high quality

We had an awesome and unforgettable experience during 4 wonderful days - Creighton , the chef and interims manager during these days , did together with his team of lovely and caring staff everything to make our stay special- experiences, local trips , guided tours , massages in the lovely spa and not to forget some of the best Indian food we have tasted so far in a wide variety with impeccable preparation and local soured ingredients . You have the feeling in this 6 room ultra private hotel that everybody is just there for you - absolutely unique - 6 out of 5 stars .
