This is a newer hotel, which means it’s all of the amenities are clean and new. Checking in was easy, and the young lady was super friendly. The room is well appointed, and someone FINALLY FIGURED OUT how to make the curtains big enough so that yiundont get that ANNOYING outdoor light around the edges of the blinds.
Breakfast featured really pork sausage, a waffle maker (if you want to make one) and the eggs..I’m not sure.
My only comment would be: if you're on the front part of this hotel, the windows aren't all that great. There was music playing loudly, and there isn't any escaping it at 10:00 at night.

Location, cleanliness, size of room. The desk clerk was exceptionally kind and helpful when I needed an extra blanket.

While the room was fine and clean. We had to end our trip early due to a child falling ill. We were there 3 hrs and will not even attempt at trying to do even a partial refund. Bit of a let down. Will not stay at any Spring Hill Suites going forward.

The staff are pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is clean. This is my second time staying there and I don’t think I would stay anywhere else in Bowling Green.

The room was clean with ample towels and soaps.
Breakfast was good but staff was not very attentive. Some of the food was not hot and it seemed as if beverages and food kept running out.

I have stayed at this location a few times now. Hotel is very well located near restraunts and stores. The property is very clean and the customer service was great.

The shower had hair and soap in it before we used it. We chose this hotel so that the kids could swim after a very long car ride and the pool was freezing cold. No one at all was swimming and the hotel was pretty full. Will NOT be staying at one of these again.
