Nashville had a massive ice storm. Over 230,000 people with no power for 10+ days. We thankfully found a room at Fairfield Inn, Bellevue. Gustavo was at the registration desk when I arrived in tears. He was kind, compassionate, and helpful. This hotel is lucky to have Gustavo as their employee. Also, the hotel was a blessing to all of us who sought refuge at the hotel.

This Fairfield Inn is only a year old. It really is a beautiful hotel. It’s located in Bellevue, next to a community center. It’s tucked away off the beaten path. I stayed there because of the Nashville ice storm. The guy who checked me in, Tom, was very warm and welcoming. As a former professional interior, designer, I appreciate how well appointed the large suites are. The bed is super comfortable. A couple of things to note: the toilets are super low for a new hotel. I was on the second floor and could hear the people above me walking around. Also, not a fan of the heavy doors slamming up and down the hall. Thank goodness, I was only one person because there’s very little closet space. The workout room is really great and I recommend it. The breakfast, while complementary, left a lot to be desired. The bacon was microwaved, and the pancakes were barely warm. They did have oatmeal and lots of things to mix with it. This hotel has a lot going for it and if you’re a Bonvoy member, you may be able to get extra perks.

Good roadside stay in a brand new, exceptionally clean property. Room was comfortable but on the smallish side (on the plus, large bathroom w good shower). Couldn’t work at the desk without blocking TV. Room temp a little hard to control and we did hear a lot of noise in the middle of the night- which to be fair could have been exceptionally loud guests and not thin walls. Convenient to restaurants and route 40. Outside beltway and free parking (most inside beltway properties charged at least 30). I would definitely stay again, we just save our 4 and 5 ratings for exceptional properties.

This hotel is modern and clean. It's right next to shopping and dining and the ford ice center. The property seems new so I assume it is or was recently renovated. It's not a "full service" hotel, but does all of the basic extremely well. The staff was helpful and polite, parking was plentiful, and my overall experience was very good.
