We actually had two stays in December 2025 at The Printing House Hotel in Nashville. The first was for a weekend stay to watch a basketball game at Bridgestone Arena, and the second we booked for a Football Game at Nissan Stadium. The hotel is basically brand new and is well designed with a sky lobby on the 5th floor. The rooms are very nice and what you would expect from a new Tapestry Collection property. What really stood out for us were the staff. Bartender Rachel was awesome and Manager Kevin went out of his way to reach out to us and make sure we were happy with our stay. The property has a very nice outdoor roof top (5th floor) that we could not use due to the cold temps, but it looked like a great space. The food from the restaurant was very good, and the drink selection at the bar was top notch.

I don't know what kind of game this place is playing. The location was great, staff is very nice and helpful, the decor in the common areas is nice, and the beds are comfortable... and unfortunately that's the end of nice things I can say. We were first given a room on the 6th floor. The ceiling was unfinished, just sheets of drywall not even taped or mudded. Half the drawers were missing and the fixtures in the shower were loose, even though this is a "new" hotel. The lights over the bed and some outlets didn't work. On day 2, we wake up to ants all over the room. They move us to the 11th floor. First thing we notice, the ceiling is finished and the furniture is in better condition. Things are improving, or so we thought. Until we took a shower the next morning and the shower temperature control doesn't work. The only temperature is skin melting hot. I didn't think we could do worse than the ants room, but can't take a shower room is also pretty bad. Also the valet pricing is ridiculous and the service was terrible. They lost our car on day 2, they couldn't locate it with the phone number even though I'd gotten multiple texts from them. Then on check out day one of the valets was napping in the lower level. Once someone else came to help, we still had to request our car through the text message links even though he was standing right there. I feel bad leaving this review because most of the hotel staff was kind and helpful, but this was a truly terrible experience.

So you enter into to an empty room with no people, and a sign, directly you to the (th floor-/which is extremely odd and disconcerting especially if it’s night. Then you take the elevator to the 5th floor: to check in. Then you have to take an elevator again to your room- a different elevator. So it’s off the beaten path, not in a good way. Then the whole setup of the 5tj floor lobby is so odd. Skip this place - too many other places

The valet manager, Austin, was awesome! He was very professional, helpful, and he remembered my name! It’s the little touches like that which makes a person’s day. Thanks Austin for accommodating me and making me feel special!

This was a mixed experience of a hotel that's trying to get their footing. The hospitality protocols are just not in place yet. From the moment our visit started things just seemed a little off. I check in the day before my visit through the Hilton app and went through the feature to pick my room. When I got there, I was given a different room than the one I tried to choose the day before. Not a big deal, just strange it wasn't addressed. Then, we go to our room there were a series of issues from our refrigerator not working, to not having an ice bucket in the room (even though there was a scooper), to having issues with temperature control on the shower (it would stay really cold or really hot, nowhere in between), and when we were coming back one evening the main elevator to get to the lobby wasn't working so we had to take a different elevator Also, some of the finishes through the hotel are strange like the plywood on the ceilings and having no exhaust fans in the bathroom. I've stayed at so many Hilton properties and have had one or two things happen at a time; however, all of this together seemed strange. The positives is that the lobby area bar, outdoor patio, location, and coffee bar was lovely. Also, the beds were comfortable, and I liked the design features throughout the hotel. Finally, the staff were always prompt to help with issues, which I did appreciate. It was a mixed experience to be sure. There is a lot of potential here but there are major kinks that need to be handled to create a truly comfortable experience.
