I was going to grab some food and decided to valet at here and from the moment I arrived Tanner from valet was excellent. He was there ready to grab my door when I arrived and made great conversation before providing me with parking options. He was overall very kind and even when I was leaving and needing directions somewhere he was helpful then.

The hotel is lovely, but that's overshadowed by the absolutely horrendous parking. My husband and I literally drove around for 45 minutes trying to park. There were valet parking signs, but those spots were filled with parked cars and there was nowhere to pull over without blocking traffic. There were no valets in sight anywhere around the hotel. No street parking availble, the public lot a few blocks away was full, and the deck next door was marked as valet only. Once we were finally able to snag a spot to pull over our car, we waited about another 15 minutes behind a several other parties for a valet to show up. There's no signage inside that tells you you have to go the 5th floor to access the elevators that lead to guest rooms. Our check in process was an absolutely cluster and did not make for an enjoyable start to our vacation.

Tanner was such a good helper and reviewed the perfect spots. Martins bbq and the Hattie bs chicken was phenomenal nothing but good to say about the hotel.

My guy yassa was such a big help with getting me to the right places and also extremely nice. I recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!!

We travel often and this time the worst weather but the customer service here has been the sunny spot! We must call out first of all Cynthia at the breakfast bar, Jeremy! Hailey and Rachel! Every day was a sunny day with this great group of people. From here on I will stay here to experience the family atmosphere! Thank you for making us feel so welcome!! Highly recommend you all come here!!!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Printing House Hotel. Beautifully designed, cozy yet elevated rooms, and a perfect location in the heart of Nashville. The service was warm and thoughtful—felt like a boutique stay. The GM, Gayle, goes above and beyond and my family was so well taken care of by Gayle during the recent snowstorm. I would 100% go back for a staycation!

Our stay at The Printing House Hotel was exceptional, and what truly set it apart was the hospitality during the recent ice and snow storm. When travel conditions were challenging, the team went above and beyond to make guests feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The facilities are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably maintained — from the rooms to the common areas, everything reflects quality and intention. But the real differentiator is the people. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, proactive, and professional, creating an experience that felt both seamless and personal. A special call-out to Gayle, the General Manager — her leadership is evident in every detail. She is present, thoughtful, and clearly sets the tone for a culture of excellence. It’s rare to see that level of hands-on leadership translate so clearly into guest experience. In a city with no shortage of great hotels, The Printing House stands out as best in class, especially when circumstances are less than ideal. We’ll absolutely be back and will recommend this hotel without hesitation.

在纳什维尔和朋友庆祝完生日周末后，我离开前多出了一天时间，于是找到了一家价格合适的希尔顿旗下Tapistry酒店，我之前住过这家酒店，感觉很不错。我还看到当地电视台报道过这家酒店的地理位置。
我唯一不满的地方就是房间的布局。抽屉里没有挂衣杆，落地镜放在角落里，而且全新的Keurig咖啡机放在床上会挡住电视（电源线太短，没法挪位置）——还有其他一些不太合适的地方。如果这些问题能解决，我肯定会再来，给这家酒店六星好评！房间很干净，也很安静，还能欣赏到很棒的城市景观——谢谢！
