From check in to check out the staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The only complaint is one of the hallways smelt like cigarette smoke when walking in it. Other than that everything was clean and quiet.

It seemed newly updated and clean. The rooms are small but good enough for the price. My pillow smelled old and thin bed covers but the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was the typical continental with waffles. Staff was nice and helpful.

Very accommodating and very friendly. I stay there every time I have to go to Casper for Dr appointments. Thank you for always trying to get me pool side. Your team is amazing.

Ashton at the front desk did a fantastic job. He seemed to be running the entire operation by himself. He was pleasant, personable and seemed to be helping everyone at once. My tv didn't work and he was right there to fix it. I saw him delivering sheets and towel to other rooms. His pat response was "I'll be right there". And he was. I recommend he get a raise and promotion.
My phone, tv and radio (alarm needed) didn't work. The dresser drawers constantly opened on there own. Rm 1193.

I won’t be using this site again to book rooms. When we arrived to check in, the motel only had one of the three rooms I reserved and was completely sold out for the night. I was left scrambling to find places for my family to stay. Extremely disappointed with both the motel and booking site.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean, bed was comfortable and nice sized room. However, there was no hot water!! Ever!! If you could fix this problem it would've been pretty close to perfect. Also, Whiskey Butter has amazing food and the most hospitable staff ever!!

Most of the "hot" bteeakfast items were barely warm (at 6:00). The bagel was VERY hard and dry, obviously a few days old. But there were enough other options and the room was comfortable so wed stay again. We like light so opened the curtains. However, the windows hadn't been cleaned for a VERY long time so we closed the curtains! Otherwise it was clean.

Clerk at front desk was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We went into our first room and found a swimsuit in the bathroom. Then we found food in the refrigerator. Then we noticed a food container under the bed. It still had food in it. The housekeeper did a horrible job cleaning the room after the previous guest. The front desk clerk apologized and quickly found another room for us. Unfortunately, even though the clerk was great, we probably wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

My room and the common areas were all very nice and everything was super clean. Staff was helpful, restaurant was good. Overall amazing hotel, especially when you consider the price.
