Room was not clean, found a shirt in the room that was left by the previous tenant. Shower curtain was missing. Asked for one the next morning and it was not in the room when we got back that evening. Tried calling the front desk to ask for one, but the phone didn’t work.

It’s a very convenient location next to the North Platte river and close to the highway exit. We had our bikes with us and loved hopping on the river trail.

The room was awful. There was no closet although it looks like they ripped one out and no place to hang our clothes. Also no hand towel near the sink anywhere. Found it later in the shower.
The shower was so disgusting looking we didn’t even use it the next day. We opted to wait until our next hotel that night.
The toilet kept running and it got clogged a couple of times. Had to apologize to housekeeping because it was clogged when we left.
Looks like they started updating but horrible, horrible job. So dark in the bathroom that gave me the creeps.
When you walk in the hotel is smelled like dirty mildew/smoking. The breakfast was not good. Very cheap items and the only nice thing we could say about it was that the slivered almonds were good that they had for the oatmeal. They didn’t even have any sugar to sweeten the oatmeal.
When I tried to go to the front desk to check out, no one was there and I didn’t have my phone on me so I couldn’t call the phone number. I yelled out for someone, but there was no one in the area.
I will say the housekeeping lady was very friendly as we were leaving.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful location, great walking path by river for the dogs. Wonderful breakfast, coffee in room, refrigerator, microwave. Rooms were updated and very nice. Staff was very friendly.

I got in extremely late for check-in (almost midnight) the gentleman that helped me was amazing! Very friendly and polite and had my family and I set with a room in no time.
The hotel has a very classy feel as soon as you walk through the doors. The beds are comfortable, the pillows weren't flat or lumpy, and our room was clean and tidy.
They are doing renovations as noted when I set the reservation, there's even a sign by the door when you come in. I was expecting more mess or something based on some of the other reviews but it was very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

There were two kids checking people in and no adult supervision. The younger was rolling hos eyes at the one trying to show him what to do. The toilet in our room didn't flush and the flat sheet kept coming off the bed.The bathroom floor needs to be redone

Bad Stay
Check-in was great. Got to room, toilet backup issues our entire stay, despite their claim it was fixed. Other family had stained linen and further inspection mattress stained as well. Phones did not work, ice machine did not work, iron did not work. There was posts about construction but did not see any changes so don’t book for a couple of years!

We were only able to stay one night when we booked two. Would not refund 2nd night. Went to the lounge help very rude. Rooms were not recently renovated as stated. Fridges did not work, tvs did not work, filthy. All around it was a horrible stay! Will not recommend this place to anyone!

We traveled with another couple and had an excellent 2-night stay at Riverside. While it is clearly a hotel that is being renovated for the future, our experience was positive in many ways. The Front Desk staff bent over backwards to help us, answering questions and supplying specific needs. There was a delicious gourmet restaurant on location, called Whiskey Butter, which exceeded our expectations and where we ate twice as a result of our positive experience. In addition, the hotel borders the Platte river, which has a very attractive and well-maintained path with lovely views, and a chance to stroll some distance in park-like conditions. We would not hesitate to return.
