This should never have happened. After reviewing the situation internally, we understand that a new team member made a mistake, and we are very sorry for this error. 入住期间，明明在门外挂了“请勿打扰”的牌子，回房后却发现保洁不仅擅自进入，还把用过的脏抹布随手丢在床边，非常恶心。与此同时，淋浴间的洗发水早已空瓶却无人补充。请问这样的服务标准是什么？无视客人隐私强行打扫，却对基本的客用品补给视而不见，体验极差。

房间跟上传的图片严重不符合，图片上显示2张床，其实只有一张，临时又加了一间房，酒店给的价格比平台上优惠很多，很扫兴

早餐很棒，餐厅的食物也很好吃。特别是大堂酒吧区域，空间非常宽敞。不过离市中心确实有点远。
酒店很新，停车场大，房间比较小，一楼的餐厅口味不错，啤酒不错，就是里市中心的距离不远不近，适合过路休息
