Stay: 1 night The plus: Location, cleanliness around the property and food. Improvements: Lake view rooms need (104 for example) major overhaul for the cost they are charging. The rooms are outdated with wet walls, bathroom (bathroom vinyl curtains broken, taps loose, and lighting is quite dingy), overall furniture is outdated and run-down state. Different and old furniture just scattered in the room. The rooms at the ground level are new but much smaller compared to lake view rooms. The place has major potential but rooms need to be really revamped. The restaurant staff was confused baring one senior gentlemen. They need training even if it is rainy season which maybe off season. Hope the feedback is looked upon.

Stayed at Residency Lake resort from 19th April 25 to 21st April 25. Just one hour drive from Hinjewadi Pune or nearby areas. Roads are good. I had booked the Panoramic Lake view room. These rooms are situated at a height so you have to climb 20-25 steps. So senior citizens or people with muscle problems in leg better avoid these rooms and alternatively they can book rooms near reception area which require no climbing. Panoramic rooms are spacious . Highlight of Panoramic room was a small sit out area provided outside from where you can sit and watch the Mulshi lake and be in harmony with nature by hearing variety of bird sounds. The garden and lawns are very well maintained. Enjoyed walking barefoot on the lawns. With variety of flowers all around you makes the whole place more beautiful. Swimming pool & other indoor games activities and kids play area is available. The whole place is well maintained. Breakfast provided was good with lot of options to choose from. Similarly for lunch and dinner you can have a buffet or order a la carte. But I preferred buffet as it has good spread with variety of choices for both veg and non veg. Loved the quality and taste of the food and it was always hot. My compliments to Chef and his team . Also all the staff are very polite well mannered and will go out of their way to fulfil your demands. Nice place to be with your family .

Pathetic service hotel confirmed my room through ******* and than hotel people call me and say mam no room is available and my amount was debited and now since 31 dec 2024 they are not refunding me my amount And no responses to my calls emails at all

We stayed in the panoramic lake view rooms, which are situated slightly uphill and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding lakes and hills. Outside the room, there is a cozy seating area with a table, chairs, and a hammock, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the serene atmosphere. The room itself is spacious, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a diwan, though the decor could benefit from a more modern and chic touch. The gardens outside are beautifully maintained, adding to the overall charm of the property. However, the dining experience left much to be desired. The food was excessively oily, and during peak hours, the restaurant staff struggled to manage orders efficiently. For instance, they served the vegetables and gravies but forgot to bring the rotis, which dampened the dining experience. On the brighter side, breakfast was satisfactory and had a decent selection. Overall, while the resort offers a delightful ambiance and stunning views, there is room for improvement in the areas of room decor, food quality, and service efficiency at the restaurant. Do note that the climb to the panoramic rooms involves about 30 steps, so ensure you're comfortable with that.

Disappointing Stay at Residency Lake Resort and Spa I stayed at Residency Lake Resort and Spa from 19th to 20th November 2024 and booked a Panoramic Lake View room, excited about the serene escape advertised online. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by the resort’s glowing photos and descriptions. Misleading Room View: The primary reason I chose this property was the promise of an unobstructed lake view from my room. However, the view was partially blocked by newly constructed rooms, which was not mentioned during booking. This was a major letdown, as the advertised "panoramic" view was the highlight of the booking. Room and Bathroom Maintenance Issues: The room had Venetian blinds that were not functioning properly, leaving the interior visible from outside—a serious privacy concern. Additionally, the bathroom blinds were damaged, adding to the discomfort. I expect better upkeep from a property positioned as premium. Subpar Food and Service: The dining experience left much to be desired. Hi-tea was served in semi-washed cutlery, which had to be replaced after I raised the issue. Breakfast was poorly managed despite a small weekday crowd. Food items were not replenished on time, and guests (myself included) had to search for staff to serve or assist. there Cafe outside sitting tables were not properly cleaned, and we had to make repetitive request. Kids’ Play Area Neglect: The kids' play area was waterlogged and muddy, making it unusable. This was especially disappointing as it was one of the key features we were looking forward to for our child. Swimming Pool Facilities: While the pool itself was clean, the changing rooms were not well-maintained, detracting from what could have been a relaxing experience. Final Thoughts: The location of this resort has immense potential, but the lack of maintenance, poor service, and failure to meet advertised standards significantly impacted our stay. For the premium pricing, I expected much better. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure future guests have a better experience. Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆

ambience superb, location is good , beautiful lake view,, well maintained property, food is ok …it is good for vegetarians… fish was not available …only Goan fish is available which I never heard before . About staff: Friendly and polite staff, quick and good service * my daughter got fever there at night and I requested for medicine they immediately went to the market and brought the medicine suggested by us * Thanks to Srijana ma’am and the whole staff😊

Positives 1. Good location and beautiful view. 2. Outside of the rooms is very well maintained, 3. Restaurant is good, food is tasty and not very expensive. 4. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. Negatives -1. The rooms interior are needs more maintenance. The new rooms have bathroom roof of PVC. During rains it's very loud and it's impossible to sleep. 2. Many rooms has water leaking from the roofs. I had to change 2 rooms because of water leaking issue.
