This hotel is horrible. The staff is rude. Rooms are dirty. The sheets are not changed even after being asked. (If you don’t have staff at least be polite in saying that our staff is on leave. Don’t rudely yell that “Staff nahi hai”. As a hotel you are in a service industry. You sell services. Not empty rooms.) They didn’t even provide plates and spoons for food by saying we only have staff plates. If you want water or towels they call you to reception to collect. You come down two floors to collect water or towels. Tall Lady at the reception has a stinky attitude. Ridiculous attitude and third class service. You can sleep in your car the entire night or on road Instead of booking this hotel. This is hell. I got skin rashes because of unchanged old sheets and got cough due to dust. I never had such a bad experience ever in any hotel.
