No street noise at all … slept straight through the 8 hours.
Congenial, professional, helpful staff.
All starting with the most cheerful shuttle driver I think I’ve ever met.
Gym was great. Had everything I would use at my gym at home.
Place seemed state of the art, I felt more at an upscale condo building than a hotel.
My first Atwell suites experience. I will definitely be looking for the brand in future travels.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is it sits next to the police station and it was very noisy

The property was brand new and modern. The staff was very friendly and attentive if you have a question. Overall I had a wonderful stay. The only thing missing is a pool.

The walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbors but over all no complaints about anything else. This is a really good hotel

这是我遇到过最糟糕的客户服务。我提前一晚预订了房间，因为我第二天一早会到。我发邮件也打电话给酒店，请求他们不要因为我提前到达而“未入住”。他们也在预订记录上做了备注。结果我到了之后发现他们把我“未入住”了，还拒绝恢复我的预订。他们只允许我按现在的价格重新预订——比我预订的价格高出一倍。他们声称我的第三方预订导致他们无法恢复我的预订——虽然那确实是通过第三方预订的，但我应该直接向酒店付款。我以前是酒店总经理，我知道这行是怎么运作的。他们把我晾在一边。Atwell酒店的总经理拒绝提供任何帮助，客户关系部门也毫无用处。我以前住过一些很差的酒店，但从来没有受到过如此糟糕的对待。那些酒店里的蟑螂都比这家Atwell酒店的员工服务态度好。
员工友善，入住办理高效。经过一整天的旅途，我决定就在酒店酒吧用餐。食物还可以，不算惊艳，但确实很方便。服务也很迅速。
