The room was immaculate. It was clean and we appreciated the layout of the room, making it feel larger than most hotel rooms. We also loved the kitchenette in the room, even though we did t stay long enough to use it. We will most definitely be booking future stays at this hotel, especially given the proximity to Norwich University.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Only stayed a quick night to ski nearby but was happily surprised at the kitchenette.

This is a newer hotel with beautiful rooms that include a small kitchenette, with glass top range, garbage disposal and full size fridge. I was very satisfied with the room and the facility as a whole.

outstanding place to stay, so clean! Solid good laundry facilities. staff always around and always kind and friendly. only objection I would have is that they don’t have a gym, I stayed three nights, and I had to resort to running in an unfamiliar area to keep my training program, it would be absolutely the perfect place to stay if it had a gym. but indeed it’s such a great place and do recommend it.

房间很不错，干净整洁，床非常舒适，暖气温度可以调节。有冰箱微波炉炉具可以使用。美中不足没有不配锅具所以即使🈶立即也没办法做一些简单食物。酒店地理位置还可以，去killington滑雪不远，但周围只有麦当劳和一个deli 买吃的，不适合住久。
礼宾人员不会用电视遥控器；我们俩在大堂里费了好大劲才找到我想看的频道。
房间很漂亮，我自己摸索出了如何开启暖气以及Wi-Fi密码（酒店没有提供任何口头或书面说明）。
床很舒服，房间里有冰箱/冰柜和微波炉真是太好了。
唯一明显的缺点是淋浴：水流非常强劲，我找不到任何办法调小水流。浴缸里的水流速度比淋浴喷头喷出的速度慢，所以浴缸很快就积满了水，结果我整个淋浴过程都泡在肥皂水里。
夜班前台非常热心地帮我设置了电脑上的无线网络。房间很干净，咖啡、洗发水等用品也很齐全。唯一的问题是暖气最高只能到74华氏度（约23摄氏度），而室外温度只有13华氏度（约零下11摄氏度）。
- 他们每四天才打扫一次房间。所以我们不得不自己铺床，然后打电话叫前台送咖啡和毛巾。
- 没有保险箱。
- 大堂简陋不堪。只有四张小酒馆风格的桌椅。
- 工作人员不友好。
- 服务有限，价格却很贵。
- 没有衣柜，只有一个带杆子的架子。
- （滑的）浴缸里没有扶手。
- 有小厨房，但没有瓷器或餐具。也没有锅具。
- 床头柜上只有一盏灯。我们要求再加一盏，他们说没有。
- 他们说“已满”，但停车场里只有10辆车。
- 全尺寸冰箱很吵。
- 没有备用的垃圾袋和卫生纸。
非常好的新设施。
可惜的是他们不提供早餐。
