Brand new hotel in a safe area. So many other hotels nearby are on Colfax, which is incredibly unsafe. Indoor pool. BBQ grills to save money on food. Delicious hot breakfast. And you don't have to eat next to a homeless *********.

This is a lovely clean, very new hotel. Only open 4 months now. The free breakfast was more than adequate. Its location to major routes was great and it's in a very nice neighbourhood. Rooms were very clean and a typcial Home2 suites footprint. Ideal for a 5 night stay like ours. We didnt hear another sound from outside our room. They were good enough to accept packages and keep them safe before our arrival The only let down was that there were 2 machines out of order in the laundry. No way should that be the case after only 4 months in operation. Someone in this company should be making VERY LOUD noises to Maytag!!!!! A special mention to the two very special reception staff, Apina & Molly. Molly we sincerely hope you get to a Broadway show very soon!!!!!! Apina you are fantastic. Incredibly efficient, warm and welcoming. Really made our stay special. To the company mannagers - these girls are keepers. Real assets to your organisation.

I am a lifetime diamond member with Hilton and stay at either Hilton or Marriott properties on a weekly basis. I have never left a negative review of a hotel but this and the adjoining Hampton Inn have been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I arrived early due to my flight. Upon arrival I inquired if my room was ready. I was told it was, in fact, ready as it sat empty the night prior. I have often checked into hotels early if the room is ready. This property charged me $50 to check-in in because it was prior to the 3pm check-in time. While I understand a fee if the room hadn't been ready and staff had to take extra steps to check-in early, the fact the room was ready sitting empty, this was an unnecessary charge. I am a long-term Hilton Member. The couple encounters I experienced with front desk staff left a bad taste in my mouth. Not willing to go above or beyond to make a customer feel welcome or appreciated. I would not return to this property.

As a family, we have stayed at many different hotels throughout. We typically stay at Marriott properties due to the comfort, hospitality and flexibility provided during our stay. The experience I had will visiting this property was far from that. The front desk employee, Khaja, was not very personable throughout our entire stay. He made our family feel uncomfortable and uneasy during any interactions we had or us just simply roaming the hotel. I truly hope that this property, that has so much potential, really addresses this issue and focuses on retraining him on the true meaning of hospitality.

We stayed for one night at Home2Suites by Hilton Aurora Medical Center Denver before our flight home, and wished we had stayed longer. This was our first time staying at a Home2Suites and we really liked it. We booked a room with 2 beds and the room was huge as pictured. Full size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, etc. Room has a large TV, but we thought the TV should have a swivel stand instead of the fixed stand, which limited the viewing angle. Beds were comfortable, with the silkest soft sheets I have ever slept on in a hotel of this class. Walk-in shower had good water pressure, and all the towels were fluffy. We like the bright lightings in the bathroom and it is motion-sensored. We also enjoyed all the bathroom toiletries. The sliding door to the bathroom may be a little hard/heavy to pull for some. Bathroom also has a hairdryer. Breakfast area near the lobby was vibrantly designed with lots of soft seatings, in addition to traditional tables and chairs. Breakfast staff kept food stock and area clean. Hotel looks new and area felt safe with plenty of parking (free) for this Home2Suites hotel that is also connected to a Hampton Inn. We did not see any restaurants or shops nearby, and it appears to be in a nice residential area, but we did not explore. We will consider this hotel again when we come back to Denver next time.
