We recently stayed at Sterling Aravalli Udaipur and had a wonderful experience! The property is beautiful and well-maintained with spacious and comfortable rooms. The food was delicious. The swimming pool was clean and inviting - perfect for relaxation. A special thanks to kumkum and rupasai for their exceptional hospitality. They took great care of us and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our children had a fantastic time especially with the art and craft activities which kept them engaged and happy throughout. Overall a memorable stay and we look forward to visiting again.

We had a pleasant stay with our family. I celebrated my husband’s birthday, ordered cake and wanted to surprise him. Mariyam and Sunil helped me in making it a grand success. Kumkum is great at reception desk. Krithika and Ajay Sharma were very good at entertainment and games. They hosted newyear’s eve wonderfully.

Sterling aravali udaipur is an excellent hotel and all the staff is very helpful here. Specially Ms kritika sood has made trip memorable with her services offered. The the Christmas night was also awesome.
酒店很漂亮。不过，我们问餐厅的服务员我们房间是否包含晚餐，他说是，并让我们晚上7:30来用餐。当我们用餐时，其他工作人员问他我们房间号是多少，我们无意中听到那位服务员（不记得名字了）说既然我们已经开始吃了就让他们吃吧。他之所以忽略我们，是因为他知道自己提供了错误信息。我们享用了美味的晚餐就离开了，但一位名叫Meena的工作人员跑到泳池区追上我们，要求我们签账单。我们问她为什么，因为之前那位服务员查过房间号说我们可以用餐。她说这是为了存档。然而，当我退房时，工作人员Ohi要求我们支付3098印度卢比。由于我们的交通工具在等着，时间很紧，我们没有为此争执，直接付款了，因为我们对自己的退房信息也不是很清楚。
我只希望酒店能退还这笔费用，因为这不是我们的错。
