Her positive nature and willingness to assist made a real difference in our experience. She ensured that all guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. All the activities, including art & craft and paper origami, were amazing and thoughtfully organized. The food was delicious, and the pool view added to the overall charm of the resort. We had an excellent stay and a wonderful experience at the Sterling Aravalli Udaipur. In our entire trip to Rajasthan we had been the various cities and hotels, but Sterling Aravalli was by far the best. We loved our experience thoroughly.....be it the reception and check in process, the chefs and the food service, the housekeeping and just about everyone was very welcoming, kind and courteous. A special appreciation for the various cultural shows arranged in the evening like folk dance which added even more fun to our experience. Specially thanks to kritika she guided us well and very helpful and sweet. Thankyou sterling Aravalli Team. Sterling Aravalli is a hidden gem in Udaipur..❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Sterling Aravalli, and it was truly a memorable experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. we visited to attend the wedding of Parth and Purvai, and it was an absolute joy to be part of such a beautiful and well-organized celebration. The wedding arrangements, décor, and overall ambience made the event even more special and enjoyable for all the guests. A heartfelt thanks to Kritika for her kind and cooperative nature. She was always helpful and ensured that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay at Sterling Aravalli. The property is exceptionally clean and hygienic, which made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our visit. I recently visited this property with my family.we liked of hotel and staff was very courteous at reception and activities for kids.and kritika guide us politely.we will definitely recommend this hotel to all of my connections. Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. The overall experience was smooth. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant stay. And specially Ms. Kumkum at reception is very helpful and very sweet Liked the Stay 💕
酒店很漂亮。不过，我们问餐厅的服务员我们房间是否包含晚餐，他说是，并让我们晚上7:30来用餐。当我们用餐时，其他工作人员问他我们房间号是多少，我们无意中听到那位服务员（不记得名字了）说既然我们已经开始吃了就让他们吃吧。他之所以忽略我们，是因为他知道自己提供了错误信息。我们享用了美味的晚餐就离开了，但一位名叫Meena的工作人员跑到泳池区追上我们，要求我们签账单。我们问她为什么，因为之前那位服务员查过房间号说我们可以用餐。她说这是为了存档。然而，当我退房时，工作人员Ohi要求我们支付3098印度卢比。由于我们的交通工具在等着，时间很紧，我们没有为此争执，直接付款了，因为我们对自己的退房信息也不是很清楚。
我只希望酒店能退还这笔费用，因为这不是我们的错。
