My family and myself checked in Dec 26 for a 4 night stay. The 2nd night I noticed an Asian beetle in my bed. I notified the front desk and was told this is the season. They all over hotels in TN. There was no available roooms to move us to. Fast forward to Sun morning there was a beetle dead in the window sill. I went down to cancel the rest of my stay. Showed pictures .Went back to the room to pack . 2 more Asian beetles flew over our heads. Manager calls me Mon morning lying that there was no bugs in the room . Only offered me 5k points . Will never stay here again. And possibly do away with Marriott all together .

My husband picked this location, stating it was new and he wanted to see if the Buc-ees next door was really as big as ours back home in TX. Late arrival and very tired, get to room, hear a buzzing noise, like a hair blow dryer or small vacuum. It’s the exhaust fan in bathroom. Continuous and no off and on switch. Too tired to go back downstairs and ask for another room and due to the fact that my contractor husband said it was probably the same in each room, we opted to close the bathroom door, but that didn’t help, turned tv on, still heard it. Between that fan and the interstate traffic noise, (yes we could hear the trucks) I’m not sure what was worse! Not a good overnight stay.

The facilities were clean with a modern vibe. Staff was friendly, and we appreciated the convenience of the on-site bistro after a long day’s drive. We would stay here again.

如果您不想在旺季期间住在交通拥堵的鸽子谷地区，这里位置不错。酒店房间干净整洁，员工热情友好，乐于助人。酒店离Buc-ee's餐厅很近，在德克萨斯州卢灵最大的餐厅开业之前，Buc-ee's餐厅曾是全美最大的餐厅。
服务太棒了！星巴克的Cora和Edna两位女士的服务棒极了。专业又热情，每天早上的早餐都为我们开启美好的一天，绝对充满爱意😍😍迫不及待想再来！！房间很干净，还能看到山景！总之很棒！我们之前住过这家酒店，从来没失望过，但这次的早餐才是亮点！！
